These properties are designed to be homes from home. These premises have been totally refurbished to an extremely high standard. Each apartment has brand new kitchen, shower and toilet facilities. There are fitted carpets throughout. All windows are double-glazed, providing a warm, comfortable and peaceful living environment. All linen and towels are provided, as well as all good quality equipment such as microwaves, irons, hairdryers etc.

Each apartment is furnished to the same fashionable and comfortable standard as shown in the photographs.

The location is ideal for travelling into London, with a direct link to St Pancras International station and Luton airport via Crofton Park Railway Station

Apartment 1 is situated on the first floor and has its own front door at street level. The apartment is split level with the lower floor providing a double bedroom, with double bed and the bathroom with toilet and shower. The higher floor provides a second double bedroom, with 2 single beds and a kitchen/dining room. There is a flat screen TV in each bedroom. The dining room is furnished with a table and chairs to seat 6 and 2 sofas, one of which is a sofa bed. This converts easily to accommodate 2 additional people. There is also a flat screen TV. The apartment has an excellent kitchen with a gas hob and electric oven, fridge, washer dryer, microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board etc. The crockery, cutlery and glassware are of good quality. All linen is provided including towels. The location is ideal for travelling into London, with a direct link to St Pancras International station and Luton airport from Crofton Park railway station.

Very Nice, great host.

We booked the top floor apartment, very nice, and with everything a person would need away from home. Location to public transport into the heart of the city is super, with the bus right at the front door, and the train station just 3 minutes away. Was a beautiful apartment with a great view. Host was lovely. We had all the things we needed. We had the attic apartment which meant a lot of stairs but we didnt mind. Very warm and cosy. Internet was good. Was perfect for the first half of our trip.

A beautiful apartment in a convenient position

A clean, well equipped apartment close to the station, supermarkets and restaurants - what more can you ask!! We stayed in Apartment 4 on the 2nd floor. It had washing machine/dryer, oven, Wi-Fi and central heating. It was nice to come back from a hard day's flat hunting with my son and relax.
Angela, the owner, was friendly and available if we needed to ask about anything. She was waiting for us when we arrived and made sure that we were ok.
We enjoyed our stay - even though my son didn't find a flat!! I thoroughly recommend these apartments.

Superb location! Easy access to London's top attractions by public transportation literally steps from the door! We were able to leave our car safely parked on a side street throughout our stay and take advantage of the public transportation system. The description of the property is accurate and we received the flat in clean and well maintained condition. The owners provided excellent customer service from first contact through end of rental. We thank them both for a delightful stay and for truly making our rented apartment "a home away from home". We would stay at apartment one again for its reasonable price and outstanding location.

Great Apartment

We stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment and it was incredible for the price. Really spacious, clean and equipped with all necessary facilities. Supermarket next door. The host was right downstairs and very helpful if we had any questions.

The area is not very touristy but public transport is very close and we did not have problems finding our way around. It takes about 30min to get to the center of London.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend the apartment.

lovely

We stayed in apt 4 - on the fourth floor - it was as described - clean and efficient with everything we could want, even washer/dryer. Pretty view out the back, quiet. I was staying with my son and it provided the privacy we wanted - one in the bedroom, one in the livingroom (pullout), with doors to each room. TV, Wifi...perfect.

The trip into the city centre was an adventure, the train station is 1 min away, it goes every 30 min, and takes about 20 min to Blackfriar underground. The bus stops at the door and goes all the time (24 hours I think) but it takes 50 min.to get to St Paul's We did both. Getting back and forth was all part of the fun. The apt is zone 3.
We got a 7 day travelcard for zone 1-3, 33 £ or so, and were able to take advantage of the two for one coupons, available at the train stations (day away program Brit rail). We more than recouped the cost of the card.
A taxi to Heathrow, from the apt with nearby taxi was a flatrate 40 £. It took 1 hr when no traffic Sunday morning.

We loved our time in Crofton Park at the apt and would love to go back. A perfect place if you want to feel like you're not just "a tourist" in a hotel.
