These properties are designed to be homes from home. These premises have been totally refurbished to an extremely high standard. Each apartment has brand new kitchen, shower and toilet facilities. There are fitted carpets throughout. All windows are double-glazed, providing a warm, comfortable and peaceful living environment. All linen and towels are provided, as well as all good quality equipment such as microwaves, irons, hairdryers etc.

Each apartment is furnished to the same fashionable and comfortable standard as shown in the photographs.

The location is ideal for travelling into London, with a direct link to St Pancras International station and Luton airport via Crofton Park Railway Station

Apartment 1 is situated on the first floor and has its own front door at street level. The apartment is split level with the lower floor providing a double bedroom, with double bed and the bathroom with toilet and shower. The higher floor provides a second double bedroom, with 2 single beds and a kitchen/dining room. There is a flat screen TV in each bedroom. The dining room is furnished with a table and chairs to seat 6 and 2 sofas, one of which is a sofa bed. This converts easily to accommodate 2 additional people. There is also a flat screen TV. The apartment has an excellent kitchen with a gas hob and electric oven, fridge, washer dryer, microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board etc. The crockery, cutlery and glassware are of good quality. All linen is provided including towels. The location is ideal for travelling into London, with a direct link to St Pancras International station and Luton airport from Crofton Park railway station.

We rented this apartment because it was close to my daughter's house and we were visiting our new grandson. We had a fabulous experience, the apartment was well equipped, clean and modern. Graham was an excellent host and we were very well looked after by Angela. In the immediate vicinity we found plenty shops for food, restaurants and take aways. Crofton park station is within 100 yards so travel into London was easy. We will certainly be back in the future!

Modern, clean and convenient - Ideal!

The apartment was modern, clean and comfortable and made for a very enjoyable stay. It was highly convenient to stores for food shopping - the Coop Market and Jay's Budgens are both excellent, and there's excellent fresh fruit and vege just a few doors down. And the selection of imported wines and beers in Mr Lawrence's winestore was superb! Plus there are good pub meals at the Brockley Jack nearby and the Honor Oak pub about 5 stops down on the 171 or 122. We especially enjoyed the spaciousness of this apartment, as well as the very efficient washer-drier machine and free internet.

It's extremely convenient for local bus routes - P4, 171, 172 and 122 - and to both Crofton Park and Honor Oak Park rail stations. It was an especially great location for us, within walking distance of our daughter's apartment, and an easy commute to work in the city.

We stayed in the Mews as well for a few nights until this one was available - that's a smaller 1-bed apartment but comfortable too. We'll definitely be back!

Absolutely Briiliant! Stay here...

Brilliantly clean, well supplied with appliances (and their instruction manuals) and useful tourist information, totally safe, excellently located - so close to the station, yet quiet for a great nights sleep, in a nice street with all you need within in less than 100 yards.

My daughter and I stayed for 5 nights and Graham was a great host - even letting us access the property early in the day as we had just arrived by overnight train from Scotland - thanks Graham, that was really appreciated.

An easy bus and light rail ride on the P4 bus and you were at Greenwich and all that had to offer. We had a safe peaceful haven to come home to at night after a days sightseeing. We will definetly stay here again next time we come to London.

What can I say? Excellent!

The first pleasant impression of the London apartment near Crofton Park was not misleading, as it sometimes happens. On the contrary, every day - and we have lived in this apartment for 6 days - it charmed us more and more.
The quiet, excellent supermarkets, very convenient for breakfast and dinner at home, thanks to a rich food assortment, a rail station with the nice schedule of trains. If you wish to get to the center it can be very fast.
A 3-level apartment, two bedrooms, a shower room being on the second floor, a kitchen above, on the third - rather spacious, with a complete set of the dishes, it's not even the kitchen, but a kitchen and dining room, with the sofas and a large dining table. All appliances are in stock.
Return from a noisy, touristy center after the tour and walking to the almost native district by train was unusually cheerful. The trains at night are quite empty - you'd start to rest on your way home immediately, waiting for a cozy apartment, quietness and traditional dinner, which we quickly prepare ourselves from the high-quality products in a modern and comfortable kitchen. One gets used to the good very soon, and we have not just used, but loved the residence and will remember and miss it for a long time.
Graham, the house owner, is a very honest, kind and polite person. He helped us a lot with all our needs. I'd like to express our appreciation once again.

Perfect!

My husband and I stayed in two of the apartments owned by Graham and both were wonderful (including the one featured on this page and the one bedroom). The location is great - out of the chaos of the city, but an easy ride by National Rail (Victoria) or Overground (Blackfriar, St. Pancras). The apartments very clean, well prepared (washer/dryer!), and perfect for a short visit or extended stay. We loved the Brockley area and we will definitely stay here again the next time we are in London.

We highly recommend this place!
