This lovely 3 bedroom apartment is situated on the brand new complex of Paradise Apartments. The complex has ample free covered parking, lift and stair access to all floors. There is private access from the pool to the main veranda, with bar and dining area.

The apartment has an open plan living/dining area leading onto the veranda with views over the pool, here you can enjoy your meals and a glass of chilled wine al fresco.

The 2nd bedroom has a veranda with a small garden area.

Ten-pin bowling and Cinema complex:: Fun for all of the family, a short walk away is ten-pin bowling and a cinema complex. The local beach offers a range of water sports and is situated 100 meters away. Many other amenities only a short walk away, including bars, international restaurants, cafes, a 24 hour bakery and supermarket. Internet is free in most of the internet cafes in this area

Limassol Wine Festival:: Every year for one week in August or September, Limassol plays host to the ever popular Wine Festival. Sample wine from Cyprus growers. Wine is FOC all evening, press grapes bare footed and sample Cypriot food at its best. Entertainment is provided by local musicians and dancers. Dates vary from the last week in August to the first week in September.

    A €100 Euro or 20% deposit (which ever is higher) is required if booking is more than 8 weeks away.
    Bookings less than 8 weeks away full payment is required.

    A €250.00 security deposit is required with the balance and will be refunded in full at the end of the stay providing the apartment is in the same condition as found on arrival.

    Payments can either be made via a bank transfer or PayPal
  • Departure time is before 10am and arrival time after 3pm

    Changeover dates are entirely flexible.

Beautiful apartment

We had a great time in this beautiful apartment.
The equipment was perfect and we felt really comfortable.
The pool was a nice place to relax as well as the beaches in Cyprus.
What you have to try is the ‘Il Castelo Restaurant’ (opposite the castle in the Old Town).
And what you have to visit is ‘The Adonis Waterfalls’, located in Paphos close to Coral Bay
All in all our stay here in Cyprus was a wonderfull Holiday.

Lovely lovely apartment.
Home from home.
The whole family enjoyed the area, the rain kept us in for a while so it would have been nice to have basic cable stations, good touch with the DVD's though and a good selection of books & games.
We come for Christmas & New Year every other year, so would love to return here again and perhaps try when it's much warmer to use the pool.
This is the best apartment I have stayed in and we thank you.

Had a really lovely , relaxing holiday and the apartment made it even better.

Everything you needed was here. All the small extras were excellent - towels etc.
Great having a quiet pool side.

We have to thank Mary for being so accommodating & patient when we got lost & had to hang around for ages.

A fantastic stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Paradise Apartments and were amazed at how well equipped the place was!!
The pool has been lovely and so quiet.
There were a few things we forgot to bring with us and were overjoyed to find them already in the apartment.
We were particular happy with the number of towels supplied and the beach towels which were not expected, lots of lovely little touches that made the holiday so relaxing.
The location has been fantastic - with handy use of the supermarket, 24 hour bakery and Aristo & Kiki kebab house.

A great holiday in a lovely apartment - the pool was so warm we had lots of use of that!
Mary was brilliant when we had a medical problem and it was very reassuring to have someone who could help at that time!
