This centrally located 3BR/1.5BA downtown condo is within walking distance to the Convention Center, the popular pubs of 6th Street, and to Rainey Street. Lady Bird Lake and the hike & bike trails are 3 blocks south of the condo and the South Congress area is just across the river.

The spacious third floor condo features an open floor plan with the loft overlooking the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Hardwood floors, modern contemporary furnishings and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen make the condo an inviting place to stay for up to 8 guests. The bedrooms each have one queen-size bed and the loft features two full-size beds, all with comfortable memory foam mattresses.

The kitchen is stocked with plenty of cookware and utensils and features stunning granite countertops that provide plenty of space for preparing meals. There is a washer and dryer in the condo as well as dedicated high speed WiFi (15Mbps down) and cable TV. The living room has a 50” plasma screen TV with Google Chromecast, and a Nest thermostat to keep you comfortable. Both bathrooms have granite countertops and are stocked with plenty of soaps and paper goods. The condo has an attached balcony that overlooks the downtown area - perfect for experiencing the vibe of Austin or for relaxing after a night of visiting local hot spots.

The condo is within walking distance to Eddie V’s Prime Seafood and Fogo De Chao, both on the list of Austin’s premiere restaurants. The condo is located in the “Warehouse District” of downtown with several bars just one block away, including Speakeasy, a 3-level hot spot home to several bars in one - each bar offering a different theme and atmosphere. Restaurants of the Warehouse District include Sullivan’s for phenomenal steaks and Imperia, voted to serve the best sushi in Austin. Lady Bird Lake is just 3 blocks south of the condo, where guests can enjoy the trails, rent a kayak, or take a spin at stand-up paddle boarding. Rainey Street is just blocks south of the property and the State Capitol is a few blocks to the north. The condo includes 1 covered parking space free of charge which is an added benefit due to all of the paid parking in this hip downtown area.

We booked it for a girls weekend including dinner, painting with a twist and a night out on sixth street. The rental was easy to find, clean and well maintained. The rental is in a great location: two blocks off sixth and walking distance to many restaurants. The turnkey vacation rental staff is very friendly and helpful. The only trouble we had was parking because we had more than the one car for the parking that the rental has. However, the turnkey rental people were very helpful and we were able to use the 301 Congress garage just two blocks away. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in downtown Austin.

Property negative:<br/><br/>There was a broken lamp on our arrival, which lead to a lack of light in the living room. Not a huge problem, but made the place seem really dim at night.<br/><br/>Management negative:<br/><br/>There was a discrepancy in the posted checkout time (at the property) and the checkout time sent in email. Though the management team was very accommodating of this issue, seems like this should be locked down.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your feedback. This lamp has been fixed so the lighting in the living area is nice and bright now. Our early check in / late check out process has been revamped so there should be no confusion with that, moving forward. Each guest receives an automatic notification 24 hours prior that verifies if an early check in and late check out is possible. Thank you for your patience with that. AMAZING STAY! VERY SPACIOUS! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This place is awesome! So close to downtown, great restaurants, nightlife, and was the perfect place for a girls weekend! The only downside was parking, as the condo only comes with one spot. There is parking in front of the condo (3 hrs max) or you can valet across the street. We had such a wonderful time! Thank you!

NICE DOWNTOWN APARTMENT

This property was very centrally located, which was great as we spent most of our time downtown going to the restaurants, the capital building, bars, etc. Upon arrival, I was very pleased to be given a parking spot with the rental. Also, throughout the entirety of our trip, Turnkey was always there to answer questions we had about the house or any little snags we ran into. All in all, the apartment was just what we needed for a few days. There were a few things that needed fixing (for instance the glass coffee table) and a few lamps, but other than that the place worked great.
