2 rooms, approx. 40m2, kitchen corner, double bed and sofa bed for 2 person, bathroom with shower.

The old hamlet 'Le Case di Vetulonia' today an estate, with It's square medieval tower, is located few minute from Castiglione della Pescaia, at the left of the tower on the ground floor, the apartment have been very carefully restored and furnished. The original walls, floor and size have remained unchanged.

Meriggio has it own entry and garden with table, chairs and deckchairs.

The apartment is located at the heart of Tuscany Marermma in a beautiful medieval hamlet dating back from the year 1000 and used today as estate. The location is ideal, a few minutes away from the sea at Castiglione della Pescaia and the estruscan site of Vetulonia. The village of “Grilli” wiht bar, supermarket, pharmacy, news-stand and 2 restaurants/pizzerias is about 1 km away and can easily be reached on foot or by bicycle. '

The apartment have been very carefully restored and furnished. The original walls, floor and size have remained unchanged.
