This red sandstone mansion offers an exceptional holiday home, completed to a high standard and offering great charm and elegance for the discerning visitor with something for all guests to appreciate and enjoy. We had a fantastic time at Mill House. The house is beautiful and was the perfect venue for our family and friends. We had a great time entertaining our friends, and the children loved having their own space too! the pictures on the website are lovely but nothing until you see the real thing! We already are placing further bookings for a family celebration, as is perfect for a large dinner party! We were delighted, and on behalf of our family, thank you so much and look forward to our next holiday at Mill House. Thank you so much to Lorna and Julie who were both extremely professional from the booking through to arrival and departure.

The conservation village of New Lanark is the gateway to the Falls of Clyde Wildlife reserve and from here you can enjoy lovely riverside walks through the reserve following the footsteps of many famous poets and painters. The scenic Clyde Valley with its excellent amenities and facilities is nearby and golf, fishing, cycling and walking is popular in the area. The market town of Lanark is a short drive and this is an ideal location for exploring Edingurgh or Glasgow with an endless choice of trips.
