Nice clean recently 2014 updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo unit just a short walk to local restaurants and 10 minute walk to beautiful St. Pete beach. The property requires a minimum three month lease, so it is ideally suited for individuals or couples who are planning to spend the entire spring, fall or winter in sunny Florida. Owner is open to extended leases beyond the minimum three months and is allowed two leases per year. The property is clean, well maintained and has 24 by 7 on site contract security for peace of mind. It is a 2nd floor waterfront unit with wide open view of Boca Ciega Bay. The unit is part of the Three Palms Point property which underwent a $6 million dollar renovation in 2007. The property is equipped with a heated pool by the bay, clubhouse, pool table, air hockey, foosball table, shuffle board, exercise room and sauna. The two bedroom, two bathroom condo has been freshly painted and updated with new exotic Brazilian hardwood flooring. Carpeting in guest bedroom was replaced in May 2013. Prior updates to kitchen cabinets and counters were completed in 2008. We have also in the last year added the following: Ethan Allen loveseat to match the sofa; replacement 40 gallon hot water tank; Samsung 55 ' HDTV in the living room; replacement Bosch diswasher and replacement Maytag bottom freezer refrigerator in the kitchen. The unit can comfortably sleep four people and has a queen size bed in the master bedroom and two twin size beds in the guest room. Lease agreement also provides use of covered parking spot. Unit is equipped with local cable digital/HDTV package, high speed wireless internet and phone with nationwide calling to U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico.
We live outside Atlanta, GA and have a two year old son. We fell in love with the St. Pete area from our previous vacations and knew we wanted to someday live in the area.

The most noticeable benefits is everything is close and within walking distance: Beach; great restaurants, grocery, shops.
My husband and I stayed in this condo this past winter and we LOVED it. The condo is immaculate, very well equipped and beautifully decorated. It was wonderful sitting on the balcony looking at the water while enjoying our morning coffee. And Peter loved the HDTV with the sports package while sitting in the leather recliner. All the comforts of home and more. The condo is very convenient to the beach and restaurants. We look forward to returning. A big Thank You to Kathy and Bill for allowing us to stay in their piece of paradise in St Petes Beach.
