Sarasota Gulf Coast Villa with Pool

We have just returned from one of the best holidays we've ever had. We were actually sad to leave and would happily have stayed for a third week. The house is very easy to get to by car from Tampa Airport.
Located in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood and has a very homely, welcoming feel the moment you arrive.
Extremely clean, and bigger than it seems in the pictures. We spent most of our time by the pool, which is totally private as the garden plants and trees shelter it from any overlooking of the neighbours. The pool is pristinely clean, warm and the caged area is fantastic for keeping out mosquitos and other insects. The pool lights are also lovely at night for the outside dining.
Peter and Ros couldn't have been more friendly and helpful and everything you could possibly need is provided in the house.
Thank you for making our first visit to Florida such a fantastic one! We would certainly stay again!

My family and I attended a wedding in the Sarasota area during Easter week. This was the first time I had rented a property from Homeaway, , and I was a bit anxious about how it would turn out. Roslyn was very accommodating about answering questions regarding the home and the area. Roslyn's villa was a perfect place to return to after a long day at the beach or helping to make arrangements for the festivities. It was equipped with everything we needed - from beach chairs and towels to a fully stocked kitchen. The beds were extremely comfortable, and I had a full week of much needed sleep. The living areas were spacious, and the five of us definitely had enough room to spread out. All the rooms were clean and tidy. My favorite room was the beautiful outdoor lanai and pool. I spent most of my time relaxing outdoors and admiring the "English" garden.
The villa is located approximately between 10-15 minutes from Siesta Key Beach. This was definitely one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen, including the breathtaking sunset.
We hope to return one day soon!

Great spacious villa with plenty of outside space by the pool and gardens. Presented beautifully and very clean with luxurious comfortable couches and beds and kitted out with everything you would need. We were a group of 5 ladies over 55 who had just spent a few days Xmas shopping in NY and it was lovely to relax here. We mainly ate out during the day but returned to eat in in the evening with a lovely dining table inside and also outside by the pool. It took us about 15 minutes to Siesta Key, Long Boat Key etc and the lovely shopping in St Armands Circle {sunset included).

Lovely quiet neighbourhood area with all the Xmas lights - Ros had some very tasteful Xmas decorations in place for us.

Would highly recommend and was so easy to deal with Ros - all went off without a hitch. Thank you, Ros, for making our second visit to Florida so enjoyable.
