Our accommodations, enjoyable every season of the year, each with a different atmosphere, are charming and relaxing holiday retreats in Northeast Italy when the stresses of everyday life have got too much. It is a great rental venue for extended families with children, group of friends, couples or corporate travellers.
During their stay the owner, who lives in a separated part of the villa, will be pleased to help guests in any way, including advice regarding fine and exclusive artistic, cultural and gastronomic itineraries. Tours with guides and lecturers as well as transfer service from/to airports, train stations or other destinations can be arranged.

Agreements, Services and Exclusive Use option: We have reached accords with: a spa hotel in Abano Terme (providing saunas, massages and spa treatments on request at very reasonable prices); a Golf Club providing discounted green fee; an Agriturismo in the Euganean Hills that offer wine tasting sessions/courses; a Language School that offer the opportunity to attend Italian language classes in our Veneto holiday retreat. On request, we can offer at special rates: BOAT RENTAL a day out in Venice lagoon and its renovated beaches with our captain and its 8meters boat ideal for up to 7 adults; and also DAILY TOURS to each of the Veneto cities as well as Ville del Brenta; Palladian Villas or wine tours in some vineyard of Euganean Hills. All the guests have to share the pool area and the park but of course they will have the exclusive use of the property that they are going to rent. The Villa’s guests, on request can have the option at the moment of booking to reserve the entire estate (park and swimming pool) at their own exclusive use!

DISTANCES It is advisable, but not necessary, to rent a car. In general everything (banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, post offices, hospital, shops, etc) is just a few miles from the Villa. The closest supermarket and restaurant are from 1Km to 4Km from the property. A small Delicatessen shop and a very good Pizzeria are just at 300m away from the gate of our property..

Within easy reach of Villa Mandriola and not over 30Km far from the villa, you can reach 3 different GOLF fields. Each field is located in different landscapes, from the hills to the plain, providing a high range of difficulty levels and panoramas to enjoy.
NATURALIST ITINERARIES - nearby the Villa you can enjoy doing exciting naturalistic itineraries, having a walk in the National Park of the Euganean Hills (10km), visiting the Brenta Riviera (20Km) with its Venetian Villas and other enchanting destinations. Nearby there are: Horse riding (5km), tennis courses (6km), Bowling (5Km), hot-air ballooning (14Km), shooting/hunting reserve (20km), Gardaland and Canava World (110Km) and a Zoo (120Km).
It is also possible to go canoeing, bird-watching or fishing along the rivers in the area. Driving distances are approximate and should not be regarded as definitive.
The nearby towns of Padua, Venice and Verona are great for shopping and are packed with museums and art galleries as well as other attractions. The picturesque Padua itself is full with great restaurants, bars and nightclubs as well as plenty of shops and places of historical interest. Main sights: The Scrovegni Chapel is Padua's most famous sight; the Basilica di Sant'Antonio da Padova; Prato della Valle the second biggest square in Europe; the Univesity and the oldest Botanical Garden in the world.
