The Bastide « A Quinta » is a typical Provençal villa, fully renovated in 2008. Very spacious it offers the maximum comfort for a vacation between the sea and the mountains, in a relaxing environment in the heart of the Provence vineyards. It is located in a small residential area near by the centre of Les Arcs sur Argens, picturesque medieval village in the Var region. In the shade of centuries old basswood tree, protected by lush greenery and fully fenced, the property offers maximum tranquillity and safety. Its location allows you to walk to the historical town centre, the shops and the railway station. The Bastide 'A Quinta' accommodates up to 8 people (6 in the main house and 2 in the independent studio); it has a private swimming pool, ideal for relaxing moments or kids’ fun; a “petanque” playing ground and all the facilities you normally enjoy in your own home. The Bastide is built on two floors, with a fully equipped kitchen and a separate studio with an independent entrance.

Golf holidays: the 18 holes St. Endreol golf course is only 15 minutes away from La Bastide A Quinta !!

The village of Les Arcs is less than thirty minutes away from the beaches of the St. Tropez Gulf. Arriving in Ste Maxime it is possible to follow the costal road to the east to Frejus, St. Raphaël, Cannes, Antibes; and to the west to Port Grimaud, St.Tropez, the Pampelonne beaches. If you want to leave the jet set behind you, in the area of Les Arcs it’s possible to walk through the vineyard and visit different local wineries. Different paths in the neighbouring hills and mountains offer the possibility to enjoy hikes in the maquis, fully immersed in stunning, unspoiled nature. Near by golf courses are available. Travelling to the north, through a bucolic scenery, in less than one hour by car it is possible to reach the Ste Croix lake, and the Verdon Canyon, the deepest in Europe. There it is possible to do kayaking, canoeing, hiking, trekking. Typical Provençal villages perched on mountains Cotignac, Carces are also worth a visit, without forgetting a stop at the local 'bistros'.

Happily recommend the villa of Sergio and Camilla.
Beyond the comfort of the villa with beautiful rooms and excellent location, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Sergio. He helped us with trip planning, problem solved immediately, He is caring and have a lot of desire to help with everything.

The villa was clean and tide, comfortable bed. big shower, nice kitcher and big dining area.
Fast wi.fi. connection in the villa.

The area is excellent for star trip.
Big wanderfull super-market in the entrance to the city of Les Arcs.

Amazing Villa, Reasonably prices

If you are holidaying in the South of France then this villa is a must. It really is like home from home as all the equipment you would have in your own home is available here. The rates are really very reasonable and infact it made our holiday cheaper than camping. The location is wonderful as it is right in the middle of all the best things to do. Only 30mins drive from the beach, an hour from Monte Carlo and 40mins to the Verdon Gorge - which was amazing.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
