'Adeline was the best host and the house is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. The whole neighborhood is very nice and pretty. Its very quite and 5 to 10 minutes close to everything. I would definitely recommend Adelines house to anyone!'

'There are not enough superlatives to describe how pleasant, comfortable and easy my family's five day stay in Adeline's apartment was.
The apartment is spacious, super clean, meticulously furnished and filled with that lovely San Francisco light. Having two full bathrooms was such a luxury! There is also a lovely kitchen (complete with pots, pans and other cooking implements). Such a welcome change from our cramped hotel room in Union Square!
Adeline herself was there to personally welcome us upon our arrival. She was such a gracious host and quick to respond to our concerns and requests (particularly regarding my many questions about where to eat!).
Adeline stocked up the kitchen with breakfast and other food essentials. This saved us from having to figure out our breakfast situation when we arrived.
The apartment's location in the Lower Pacific Heights area gave us a glimpse of what it's like to be a San Francisco local. But while it's in a relatively quiet residential area, it was very easy to get to the city's sights and tourist attractions using public transportation. MUNI lines running north and south, east and west all stop within two to three blocks from the apartment. During the one instance that we called a yellow cab, it arrived at the apartment within two minutes of our call.
I also loved that at the end of a long day of walking around SF, we did not have to venture far from the apartment to get dinner. All of Adeline's recommendations for places to eat are spot on! And all within easy walking distance from the apartment. Fillmore Street, with its great shopping and eateries, is only three blocks away.
If I am fortunate enough to return to San Francisco, I will surely stay at Adeline's apartment again. Thank you for helping make our brief stay such a lovely experience!'

'This is my first experience with online vacation rentals and I am so pleased it's with Adeline's property. IT WAS A+.. Sometimes, description of homes are not really want they are but this home is everything it was described and more! We all felt we never left our home.... The location was perfect. They say parking is difficult in SF, not where this house is located. We were able to find a parking space every night in front of the house except for one night. We parked in a parking structure one block away. A very easy walk!
I would like to share my 10 year old letter to the family, her very own review: Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home! My favorite part of the house was the living room. It's really pretty! When I had free time, my favorite thing to do is lay on the soft carpet and roll around on it! When we had few friends over for dinner, they thought it was a beautiful and a clean home too! Even though SF is cold and foggy, this house filled it with sunshine! Next time we come to SF, we definitely want to stay here again! I rate this house a 5 star!'

'Our family typically rents vacation rental apartments for our vacations when we head to major cities. I am pleased to say that this rental was by far the best we have ever rented anywhere. The pictures don’t do it justice and they look great! Located in a nice neighborhood, we were steps away to shopping, dining, and public transportation – easy to get to tourist destinations but we didn’t have to deal with the crowds in the more congested areas such as Fisherman’s Wharf. We appreciated getting to know San Francisco as a 'local' rather than a 'tourist'. It is so much more comfortable and affordable than the two hotel rooms we would require. Any family or even two couples travelling together would enjoy this rental but this was particularly well suited for our family of mom, dad, a teenager (1) and young adults (2). It is beautifully decorated, spotless, and spacious. The master bedroom is huge. Both bathrooms are brand new. The kitchen is huge and high-end. Great to have the option of eating in, which we did for every breakfast and a few dinners. Add to that a dining room, living room and a parlor that doubles as the third bedroom and it feels like home. The owner stocks a number of convenience items (coffee and milk and some snacks to get you started day one!), paper products, cleaning supplies and toiletry essentials. She is very helpful with area recommendations for tourist sites, restaurants, and shopping. You will love this rental!'

'Fantastic apartment - we feel very lucky to have stayed found this & to have stayed here. Addy was so sweet, and we were made to feel incredibly welcome. It's a simply beautiful place and also a great layout for a family, everything seems either new or just very well cared for - plus, easy walk to lots and lots of shops & restaurants nearby, not to mention a Starbucks around the corner! Spent a lot of time on foot just exploring and so grateful to come back here for very comfortable nights. Thanks for everything!'

'My husband and I spent the last 2 weeks of June with Addie. Addie and her beautiful flat exceeded all our expectations. The accommodations are lovely-tastefully appointed with many amenities. The kitchen is perfect and had everything we needed. i can't say enough about how great it was. Located in the neighborhood we lived in during our 10 years there, we were close to shopping and all of our favorite restaurants. Addie thoughtfully sent a list of all her nearby favorite places-many new to us. Just a great experience-we would definitely recommend it!'

Why Adeline chose Pacific Heights
A classic large-scale Victorian building (built in the late 1800s) that has been fully remodeled with a modern flair. The location is unbeatable with legendary sights such as Alta Plaza Park, Presidio Heights, and 'Billionaire's Row' at your doorstep. It took 4 years of hard work to find, purchase and renovate our place which is our pride and joy. We have now opened up our home to guests and seek to provide a quintessential San Francisco experience for people around the world.
We love it here and we hope you do too!
