Beautiful, spacious two bedroom garden flat in central London in a Victorian town house built in 1866 on the Fulham/Kensington/Chelsea border. Major tourist attractions; Natural History Museum, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, Houses of Parliament just fifteen to twenty minutes by bus. Awarded four stars by Visit Britain.

Large, very spacious sitting room with French doors which lead on to a lovely garden. The sitting room has a dining area which sits six people. Comfortable leather sofa and armchair. Television. Two double bedrooms - there is a folding bed for an extra guest. Lovely bathroom with bath/shower. The kitchen has all the amenities with a washer/dryer. Free WiFi and off-street parking. West Brompton tube station just three minutes' walk from the apartment.

Geräumige Wohnung mit Garten

Die Wohnung war genauso wie im Text beschrieben. Zwei ausreichend große Schlafzimmer, die zur Straßenseite gelegen sind, ein schönes großes Bad, ein Wohnzimmer mit TV und Esstisch und eine schnuckelige kleine Küche. Im Souterrain gelegen, mit einer Türe in den Garten aus der Küche heraus. Es war gut geheizt, die Wohnung sauber und der Kontakt sehr angenehm.
Die Lage der Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Direkt vor der Haustüre ist eine Busstation, mit der Linie 74 fährt man durch bis Hydepark-Corner. Und wenige Schritte weiter hat man eine direkte Anbindung in die City mit der U-Bahn. Geht man aus der Haustüre rechts gibt es eine Straße weiter einen großen Supermarkt (Coop) zur günstigen Selbstverpflegung und vielen kleinen Lebensmittelläden. Wenige Schritte links aus der Haustüre gibt es zwei nette Pubs mit Biergarten und einen urigen Sandwich-Laden. Wer also eine Unterkunft benötigt, um London auf eigene Faust zu entdecken, ist hier genau richtig. Wir waren zu viert und für vier Tage vor Ort.
Wenn wir nochmal nach London reisen, würden wir die Wohnung gerne wieder buchen.

Great appartment

May 2011: Three teenage boys and their parents have had a perfect vacation in this appartment. After a busy day in the city, this is a very comfortable place to relax and make plans for the next day. Clean, well-equiped, nice garden, close to the subway. Supermarkets nearby. Friendly owners. We'll be back:)

Comfortable and well located

My sister and her family enjoyed their 2 week stay in Fulham. This place was clean, spacious enough to accomodate all 5 people comfortably and best of all, very well located, two minutes walk to West Brompton Rd. They will probably choose this place again next time they come to London.

SPACIOUS WELL LOCATED 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT

Our initial query re renting this property was attended to promptly and all our questions answered.

Apartment is spacious and well located within a couple of minute's walk to West Brompton tube and easy walk to Earl's Court tube. There is also a bus almost to the door.

The two bedrooms, large lounge/dining, functional kitchen including washer/dryer and bathroom (one bathroom with shower over bath, not 2 bathrooms as stated above) were clean and well maintained; internet access was readily available and there was a garden in the rear. The room heating worked very well which was good for our November stay. Each of the bedrooms contained a double bed which was suitable for our party of three adults. There are wooden floors in the bedrooms and lounge room which some may find a little noisy but it was of no concern to us.

There is a pub and min-mart nearby and plenty more of the same at Earl's Court - an easy walk.

The owner lives in the flat above and was on hand at the appointed time to hand over the keys and collect the rent and bond money. We were also able to leave our luggage with the owner on moving out day and collect it again in the evening as we headed to the airport. We took the tube from Earl's Court at a cost of 2pounds 20 !

In summary we would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for an apartment that is fully self contained, clean and spacious, and easily accessible by tube or bus .

very nice and good apartment

We had a wonderfull time in london.
The appartment was ok, Thee was ready to use at arrival.
Traffic was noisy at night but we had a good night sleep.
If we come back to london we will come back at this appartment.

In central London on the Fulham/Kensington border within 15 minutes by bus to all of the major tourist attractions - Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, Natural History Museum and many more. West Brompton Tube Station is just three minutes' walk which has a a rail link to areas outside of London - Brighton beach is just forty minutes by rail. The 74 bus nearby also covers most of the tourist attractions. There are supermarkets and a fresh fruit and vegetable market all within five minutes' walk from the apartment. The apartment has been awarded four stars by Visit Britain.
