Sunridge woods is a peaceful friendly community, where the properties have larger than average plots. The house has been individually furnished in a contemporary style, blending European and Floridian tastes. This has created a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. You will also benefit from full air conditioning and ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms. For your entertainment there's a surround sound system which will offers DVD, CD and radio and Cable TV. You will find cable TV in all the bedrooms, as well as a DVD player and PC with wireless broadband in in the master bedroom and a Sony PlaStation 2 in the second bedroom which will also play DVD and CD. We have provided a selection of games, board games, books, CDs and DVDs. We've recently added a foosball table and air hockey table. The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for 8 people and all linens and towels are provided, including towels for the pool. The pool area overlooks a pond, it is not overlooked and has a lanai.

When you arrive we are about 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport & 1 hour from Sanford International Airport and easy to find. Sunridge Woods is 3 miles from Champions Gate Exit 58 on the I4. Being close to the I4 makes all the places you’ll want to visit accessible. It is about 10 minutes drive to the popular and bustling 192/Kissimee area and 15 minutes to Disneyworld. A trip to the beach is a little over an hour. Seaworld is 20 minutes away and Universal Studios 30 minutes. You need 1 hour 30 minutes for Kennedy Space Center, 35 minutes to Church Street Stationand the Florida Mall is about 30 minutes drive.

Notes: All linens & towels for both inside and outside use are provided. There are laundry facilities with iron & ironing board. There is a range of children's pool toys, please take care of your own and your children's safety when using the pool. The door access to the pool is fitted with an alarm for the safety of your children. In addition to the games in the house you will find a foosball table and air hockey table in the garage. For the welfare of all guests we politely request no smoking anywhere on the property, we would strongly recommend that smokers do not book this property, as there are plenty of home owners who welcome smokers. We do not accept pets of any size , as we try to maintain a low allergen environment.

Nice quiet location with good facilities.

Had an amazing time yet again. Fantastic holiday have booked again to go back in May next year and cant wait. This will be our 4th visit. Love the Villa beautiful spacious and clean. Very peaceful and so nice to relax when youve had a busy day at the parks and you can come back to relax and use the pool and have a bbq. Would like to stay forever and hate having to come home. The owners are really nice people as well. Would recommend to everyone. Plenty of restaurants to find. Loved chilis and mannys chop house was great. As we have been a few times now we go to different stores and found that wallmart to be better value than publix especially for the wine so would recommend buying a few bottles if you visit wallmart. We went to the one in Haines City but i think there is one in Kissimee as well. Great to be able to use the internet to and keep in touch with family. Nothing more to say except we cant wait to go back.
