Exclusive 240 m2 property with 4 bedrooms 2 doubles and 2 singles, 3 bathrooms

This fabulous apartment has 4 bedrooms,3 bathrooms, an office room and/or baby sitting room, dining room for 6 & an amazing living room with spectacular views to the gardens of the Paseo del Parque and Alcazaba Castle amongts others.This luminous space has a piano, large sofas and designer furniture (Le Corbusier “chaise longue”): the perfect place for some relaxing moments, enjoying the views, watching some TV, reading, etc. Also in here, another dining area for up to 6 guests and a small balcony to enjoy an “aperitivo”! Baby cot and high chair also available. The master bedroom features a large double bed, windows with views & an in suite bathroom with shower. Additionally there are 2 other bedrooms with single beds and another one with a double bed (total capacity 8 persons).

The kitchen it’s extremely well equipped in case you do not feel like enjoying the typical Spanish “tapas”! ”! Fully equipped with gas stove ring, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dish washer, etc.

The Apartment Reding 21 is an exclusive 240 m2 property situated just across Malaga’s bullfight ring in the Paseo de Reding, one of the most elegant and exclusive neighbourhoods of Malaga just minutes away to the old quarter and only 5 minutes walking to the beach!

Because of its size and features, it’s highly recommended for groups and families.

Private parking and WIFI are both optional.

The best apartment I have lived in..Perfect stay!!

I mean it when I say that it has ALL that you can need. The apartment was much bigger than I expected. It was very well furnished and equipped. The living room was perfect for 8 of us to chill together. I can't think of any negative point about my stay. I would recommend this to families and friends alike. Just a ten minute walk from the buzzing places in Malaga.

My family of 5 from Birmingham, Alabama, USA and came to Spain to spend Christmas with our middle daughter who is currently living in Madrid. She felt like Malaga would be a good place to explore and base several day trips from. It really was, but what made it an even nicer stay was this lovely apartment! We walked in to a panaramic view of this historic bull ring, the sea, mountains, and the city right as the sun was setting! Beautiful! The apartment was so spacious and beautifully decorated in a very comforting way, from the artwork to the 3 bathrooms (a plus with 3 daughters!), the updated kitchen and laundry room, and the wifi - everything was truely better than we expected. The location was where we could walk to the old town, beach, restuarants, a market, really anywhere we needed. It was hard to leave and will be hard to ever top for the money...definitely reccomend this property!

Superb family apartment!

We spent 1 week here with a family of 6, and we were most satisfied with this place.
It is fitted with everything we needed for a perfect holiday.
Very clean, and spacious, with beautiful views to the city, and the port of Malaga.

Location is great, really close to the beach and also to countless touristic areas of Malaga. Bakery is right next to the entrance, shops are just across the street.

It was worth the money, we all had a great time! Would definitely recomend it.

This is our 3rd time in this apartment and in fact we have booked it again !!! Need I say more? The apartment is fantastic with everything one could possibly wish for.
Malaga is a lovely city and there is plenty to do or not. We just relax and feel so at home there.

Best apartment in every aspect!

There is nothing in this apartment that I would change. It was everything we were expecting and more. It was even larger than we thought, the quality was superb and the service was top notch. We had 2 adults and 5 teenagers in our group and everyone had more than enough room. The photos of the views and apartment are accurate. Everything was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the AC was fantastic. I will definately stay here again and would highly recommend this apartment to others.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
