CLIMB ABOARD FOR A MARVELOUS INTERLUDE...

Baltimore Boat Rental Photos and Description

Interlude Is A 48-foot Motor Yacht Docked In The Fell's Point Neighborhood

Interlude is a 48-foot motor yacht docked at the Henderson's Wharf Marina in the historic Fell's Point neighborhood of Baltimore Harbor.

Just outside the marina gates are cobblestone streets, eclectic shops, as well as variety of gourmet restaurants and live music venues. Access to the water taxis is just around the corner - these boats will deliver you to numerous destinations throughout the Baltimore Harbor. The free WiFi and cable will keep you connected while you plan your days out and about.

Interlude is an ocean-going vessel with functional nautical components throughout, but has all the comforts of home. All interior rooms are beautifully appointed with teak, holly, and mahogany paneling and cabinetry.

There are two bedrooms (state rooms), each with queen sized beds and en-suite bathrooms and full showers. The master state room has a memory foam mattress, a walk-in closet, rear ports, built-in dressers, and a vanity to prepare for your evenings out on the town. The forward state room has a port above the bed for star-gazing, side ports for ventilation, and dual teak-wood closets.

Two spacious living rooms (salons) invite relaxing and socializing. The aft salon has a rear sliding glass door entering out onto the fan deck, large side windows and wing doors for plenty of light and fresh air. This room is fully carpeted and includes rocker chairs a plush futon sofa. It is a great room for taking in the breeze and the harbor views.

The main salon has a wrap-around sofa and dining table, two armchairs, a flat-panel television, and a sound system with iPod hookup.

A full kitchen (galley) contains a double sink, refrigerator, four-burner gas stove, microwave oven, toaster oven, K-cup and filter coffee makers, and a blender. There is also a breakfast nook in the galley with seating for four where you can enjoy your coffee and chat while the bacon and eggs are cooking.

The upper helm provides open-air seating, or can be fully enclosed to provide a weather-proof sitting room with surround cushioned seating that offers a commanding view of the cityscape and harbor. A 15' x 11' flat upper deck is perfect for sunning or enjoying the sunset over the city.

Climb aboard for a unique and relaxed stay aboard your very own yacht!

Please note: Interlude is not available for bare-boat charter.

Guestbook comments from the manager
We had a great experience staying on the Interlude in Fells Point! We were in Baltimore for baseball games and thoroughly enjoyed taking the water taxis back and forth from the marina to Harborplace. The weather was great and it was so nice to sit outside at night and watch the boats come in and out and feel the cool breeze off the water.

All the questions we had were answered quickly and completely. The yacht was well appointed and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

WONDERFUL!

What a great alternative to a hotel when visiting Baltimore! The staff couldn't have been more helpful.
Well stocked with all the essentials. Great location for all that Baltimore has
to offer. It is a wonderfully peaceful respite after a busy day sightseeing.
Evening cocktails on the upper deck overlooking the harbor are amazing.
Thank you for a most memorable "interlude".

AMAZING STAY!

  • 5 of 5
We rented the boat to celebrate our daughter's graduation. The boat is exactly as represented in the pictures. We were able to park in the marina lot at no extra charge. The location was perfect! A block away from the main street where there was plenty of boutique shops, eateries and pubs. There is a French bakery close, which is how we started each morning. We had cocktails in the evening on the top deck. The sunset looking back at the city was spectacular. It was a very pleasant experience. Ann the manager was very helpful and great to work with.

DREAM BOAT!

  • 5 of 5
You really do find yourself dreaming of adventure during a stay aboard the Interlude. We found the yacht to be beautiful, spacious, and quite comfortable. We enjoyed a relaxing, romantic stay. The owner was quite helpful, providing us with practical information regarding our stay on the yacht, as well as for activities of interest on shore. We found Fell's Point, the Inner Harbor, and greater Baltimore offer so much to see and do. We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend visit. I was especially moved by a visit to nearby Ft. McHenry. The Easton Waterfowl Festival on the eastern shore of MD is a nature and art lovers delight!

Fell's Point is a spirited waterfront community in perpetual celebration of Baltimore's British nautical roots. In 1969, Fell's Point was designated Maryland's first National Historic District - the 18th and 19th century homes and storefronts have remained largely unchanged. The Belgian Block streets host an eclectic mix of shops, homes, markets, and restaurants. Chesapeake Bay cuisine is at its best here, whether you crave oysters on the half shell at a local pub, or upscale seafood at a charming restaurant.

Wandering beyond the Fell's Point neighborhood, you will find the vibrant Baltimore Inner Harbor, the National Aquarium, and Fort McHenry (the valiant defense of this fort inspired Francis Scott Key to write 'The Star-Spangled Banner') among other attractions.

Notes:
Interlude is situated on the main dock line, one row back from open water. This vantage point provides excellent views of the Patapsco River from the aft salon and stern decks, as well as views of the city skyline from the bow. It also means that Interlude captures the breeze, but not all of the boat wakes.
