Direct Oceanfront - sixth floor 2 bedroom condominium with 2 bathrooms, a fully furnished kitchen and dining room. The master Bedroom has a king size bed with a beautiful view overlooking the wide beaches of Daytona Beach Shores. Just a step outside of that door you will find the living area which is a prefect place to kick back and relax, read a book, or watch a movie (One couch is a new sleeper Queen). The 30 foot Balcony can be accessed through both the master bedroom and the living area. Between the living area and the kitchen lies a dining area capable of seating six plus 2 at the breakfast bar. There is a breakfast bar in this dining area, which from the kitchen side offers a view of the entire condo and the rolling tide of the Atlantic. The kitchen has all the pots and pans and silverware that you could need to make all of your favorite meals. There is a Washer and Dryer in the unit. There is a second bedroom with a Murphy style Queen bed that can be placed into the closet in the day time to maximize space and create a second den or open area, if it is needed as an office or just as more space. Wifi Internet, and BrightHouse cable are included.

Look at our photos - this is a Direct Oceanfront unit (not 'on the side' ) (not 'limited view') but Direct Oceanfront! You can see for miles to the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and beyond. This is the perfect place for anyone looking to see the best side of Daytona Beach away from the busy tourist area but walking distance to the SunGlow Fishing Pier and restaurant. This is a new rental for us but we have been incorporated for 17 years and have 24 hour maintenance. Our calendar and published rates are always correct - ask about last minute discounts - and discounts for paying in advance. Nascar and Bike weeks rates depends on number of adults. Great view, great location, great floor, great part of the beach = great vacation.

What a great place. This place became my second home when travelling between Daytona and Miami. The unit had the best view in town and was spotless when I arrived. The quiet building was a great place to relax. I will definitely be staying here in the future.

Look at the photos! Direct Oceanfront with a 30 foot balcony! When you sit on the couch you have that 'cruise ship' view of the blue horizon. Great pool - indoor hottub - sauna- underground parking - quiet part of the beach but close to everything

WHAT A TREAT!

The stay at the Seychelles was incredible. The unit was spotless and had all amenities necessary for a comfortable stay.
Everything you need is within a ten minute drive.
It is a nice area of the beach as it is not car accessible.
The view is stunning and the morning sun on the balcony was the greatest way to start my day.
Patrick and his staff definitely deliver five star quality and care.
Hopefully the unit is available next year!
