Spacious 3 bed condo very close to Disney

Excellent location: Disney 10 mins, Universal Studios 20 min, SeaWorld 15 min, golf courses 5 mins. Access to the beaches is easy and the area has some of the best shopping malls to satisfy the keenest shopaholic. Accommodation is very spacious consisting of 2 queen size beds and 1 twin bed. All bedrooms have cable TV. Master bedroom has en-suite and walk in wardrobe. Second bedroom is also queen with large wardrobe and twin with another walk in wardrobe. The living area has 2 large sofas, cable TV and DVD player. Internet is also available free of charge. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher and there is also a washer and dryer. Adjacent to the condo is the swimming pool and club house and there are also tennis courts, children's play area, BBQ and volley ball.

Lovely place to stay for Disney World Vacation!

We just returned from our Disney World Vacation and stayed at this lovely place. The accomodations were excellent and it was a pleasure working with Lynda. There were six of us. Four adults and two children. Everyone had their own room with walk in closets. With two bathrooms, this helped tremendously getting ready in the morning for our Disney visits. I can't say enough about working with Lynda through email and her quick responses to any of our questions before our trip. We arrived around midnight of our trip and had to pick up the keys at Magical Memories....this was very easy and quick...thank you so much...due to our driving from Michigan straight through for 24 hours making the key pickup very convenient for us. I would recommend this place to stay for anyone, was very nice for children and famlies. Thank you so much Lynda.

FANTASTIC!

I cannot recommend this property highly enough. It is spacious, comfortable, well equipped and brilliantly located for everything that you would want to do in the Orlando area. I would say it is around 10-15 minutes away from Disney, about 25 minutes from Universal/Sea World and about five minutes from local supermarkets.

The whole process of enquiring about availability with the owner, through to information about picking up keys and travel instructions was effortless and extremely helpful.

We enjoyed a brilliant two weeks here and would definitely return.

Second year to stay

This was our second trip to Florida and we stayed here both times. My children absolutely loved the condo and of course the pool area. The condo is extremely clean and you can not ask for a better person to rent thru than Mrs. Lynda. She is extremely helpful and answers any and all questions very quickly. Would definately recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice place to stay while in central FL.

Great for Families

We spent 16 nights here total over Christmas. It was awesome. We had 2families staying here with a total of 9 in the group (4 adults and 5 kids, age 2-7). The place had more than enough room for all of us. In fact we never even used the sleeper sofa, the kids were having too much fun sharing the bedroom. The condo has everything you could need and is close to everything. There's a target and restaurants less than 5min. away and Disney was only a 15-20min. drive. The place was very clean and well kept. The owner was very kind and answered our many questions and also gave us some tips on what to do down there. We actually saved so much $ by staying here instead of a hotel or resort we stayed at a Disney Value resort for 8 days prior to this and got to take advantage of the free dining they were offering and all the perks of staying at Disney and did not have to shorten our vacation to do it. It is perfect for a family on a tight budget or someone wanting to stretch every $.

We spent 10 days at this property and it was fantastic Nice and clean or though there was only two of us it was all we needed.
Lynda gave us so much advice on the area resturants ect . Perfect
location for all the parks loved every minute.
Would recommend this property to any one
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
