I purchased this home in 2008 and recently renovated the entire town house. It is a great place to stay for business or vacation and now is available for you. It is directly next to the new City Centre, which provides endless entertainment, dining and shopping.

What a great experience and home to rent while visiting Houston. We had a group of seven stay here. Two people slept on the couches, which are nice and cozy. We spent most of our time in the living room where there is a pool table and large flat screen TV. The WiFi was handy, although it would occasionally drop. We took full advantage of the BBQ grill in the yard, and believe it or not, the carport is really handy. Not as cumbersome as having to use a garage door and go through additional doors, and a safe place for the rental cars and unloading people/luggage/groceries. The home is well stocked with plates, cups, and utensils. Make note though - there is no carpet in this house, and the floors are all hardwood/solid, so you'll want to bring a pair of sandals :)
You cannot go wrong with this house given location, price and amenities. Highly recommended.

This house is perfect for a family, having two very young boys (1.5years and 3 years) the house was great. Enough room inside for them to make themselves at home with the added bonus of a pool and a playground a few steps from your front door. We were a little worried about being located on the back of the freeway but noise wasn't a problem at all. The location was perfect only a few minutes drive from shopping malls also being located next to a major freeway also made it easy to get anywhere. Did a lot of walks around the complex with the kids and found it to be a friendly neighbourhood. This was a great house for our two week stay, we would recommend it!
We have never rented through VRBO, so we didn't know what to expect. However, this home met all of our expectations. The town home was exactly what we needed for 6 adults and a toddler - spacious, comfortable and with 2.5 baths. The home was equipped with everything we needed and more - pool table!, perfect for a family vacation.
Location, location, location. Best of all is the location, we were minutes away from everything we needed: groceries, gas stations, restaurants, shopping malls, main highways, you name it. You simply can't beat the location in a city like Houston. Additional perk, the town home is in a quiet and very nice neighborhood.
We had a wonderful time.
We stayed here after we completed our posting in Houston on route to Belgium, rather than staying in a hotel.
The house was a perfect place to stay for a family with 2 young children.
The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and the beds are very comfortable.
The pool table was a great success and meant the kids were entertained without the need for i products!
We have strongly recommended this place to all our expat friends and would recommend it to anyone looking for a very comfortable house with excellent facilities in a location that is very close to Town & Country. We walked many times across the road to Eddie V's, Ruggles and Sorella Hotel.
