Excellent location for big groups!

We headed down to Kelowna for a girls wine weekend. We were pleasantly surprised, not only at the size of the home, but also its proximity to downtown and beaches. The place was clean, well stocked and very spacious. Definitely would recommend staying here!

Condo is in very bad condition, stay away. Must of the furniture is broken, had to support the bed with paint cans as it fell apart on the first day. Lounge furniture is ripped and busted. Very cheap and little cook ware. Toilets clogged had to go looking for a plunger. No hand soap or toilet paper in any of the bathrooms. No extra bed linen, what was available was extremely dirty and soiled. Waste of money ruined our holiday completely. All in all a dirty un-kept property. Still can't understand a cleaning fee when no cleaning or up-keep done. Shame on you owners and VRBO should take the property off their site. We rent through VRBO 4 or 5 times a year. This time we got taken.

Owner's Response: This review is shocking! They asked to stay additional days but we couldn't accommodate, maybe that is why they gave a poor review?

This property is well maintained and spotlessly clean. All linens, dishes and towels are washed and replaced between rentals. All linens were replaced this year. Carpets were cleaned just 2 weeks before these renters arrived.

The one bed frame did break during their stay but we offered to replace it that day. They refused but it has been replaced now.

We provide supplies based on length of stay. 8 rolls of toilet paper for 3 nights, we thought was sufficient but this may explain the need for a plunger.

The kitchen is stocked for 12 people. The pots are stainless steel and there are little extras like a salad spinner and rice cooker.

Please look at the other reviews. This one doesn't make any sense to us. We take pride in how bright and clean this property is.

Perfect for large groups - extremely clean, large, bright and good spaces to hang out

We stayed for the Center of Gravity festival at City Park and this is honestly the best place to stay. Joy was very helpful and had the place spotless and organized for us when we arrived. The rooms are huge and there is tons of room to hang out and eat as a large group and the back patio is beautiful to chill on during a nice evening. Only 6 blocks from the water and all the bars, but quiet enough to relax. Was a great stay.
