Satisfaction guaranteed - Luxury 1st floor penthouse apartment in front of the beach with uninterrupted views overlooking the sea. You will hear the water lapping onto the beach. Watch the fishing boats in the distance whilst have breakfast on the balcony looking out to sea and listening to the waves - a truly relaxing and unique experience. This beautiful property has a balcony and a huge roof terrace which is perfect for sunbathing and has a bar-b-que. It can also be used as a supervised child's play area. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one bedroom has 2 single beds, the other a double bed with en-suite bathroom. very well furnished open-plan lounge/dining area and kitchen with electric oven/hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, TV, sky dish, stereo, outside furniture. There is a big communal freshwater pool which is cleaned every day and a baby pool area.Towels and bedding provided. Private parking. Close to Estepona port and supermarket/restaurants are a 10 minute walk away. 5 star thallasso spa is a 5 minute walk away (15€ per person per day - Jan 2013 price) with a fully equipped gym and offers beauty treatments at extra cost.

June 2011 - apartment improvements: New patio doors (with laminate glass for total child safety), new retractable sun shade which covers the whole balcony and makes having lunch on the balcony a real pleasure. New king size bed and mattress in master bedroom. November 2012 improvements: New sofa's in lounge, First Aid kit, Fire blanket and fire extinguisher in kitchen.

A wonderful time

We had a wonderful time in Estepona for two weeks. The location of this apartment is fantastic. Just a few steps to the beach ... if the sea is too cold you can enjoy the pool... so nice people in the neighbourhood and everything is clean and neat. At night we could hear sound of the waves .. the N 340 is far enough away. We found everything we need for our holidays, the rooms were large and well equipped. TV we didn´t need but there were enough English and Spanish channels.
The sunrises were breathtaking. We were jogging at the beach - at low tide. It is about 3 km to Estepona.
At Avenida Luis Braille is an Internet Cafe and near the Plaza de las flores is an cafe with WiFi - sometimes necessary for the children.
We were sad to go back to Germany and hope to come back soom.

Lovely Seafront Apartment.

My husband and myself have just returned from a lovely weeks holiday at Davids apartment. My only complaint is that we didn't stay longer. We have now booked for a month next year. The position on the seafront is lovely, it is actually closer to the sea than the picture looks. To watch the sun rise in the morning is fabulous and you couldn't be any closer to the sea without paddling! The apartment is very clean and comfortable and the new bed that David advertises is so comfortable I had the best nights sleep for ages. Also the lounge furniture is very comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped if you prefer to eat in. We also visited some of the places that David recommended and found them well worth a visit. If you are into Chinese or Indian food, both of these restaurants can be found in the Port at a very reasonable price. Can't wait for next year.

Lovely beachfront apartment

My husband, 4 year old, mum and I stayed at David's apartment for almost three weeks in June. The apartment was in a great location about 7 mins in a car from Estepona port and the fabulous blue flag beach Playa Del Christo in a very well kept and peaceful 'urbanisation'. The apartment itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed and the bed in the main bedroom had a new mattress and was the most comfortable bed I have slept on on holiday bar none!! We sat out on the balcony most nights and loved hearing the sea below, the breeze was very welcome on the warmer nights. There was a wonderful roof terrace which we made the most of in the early morning and late evening sun. David's agent John could not be more helpful and I would not hesitate to go back to this apartment when we next go to Estepona.

We had a wonderful holiday in Estapona and the sun shone all week .
Your apartment was every bit as good as we expected and the view
from the balcony watching the sunrise over the sea was amazing .
We would recommend your apartment to anyone and hope to return

As we didn't know the area when we arrived we thought it would have been a good idea to have a few maps or a folder in the apartment with local information. It didn't affect our holiday but others may find it helpful. Thanks again ...best regards and hope you have a good Easter break

Dear David, Since we are back in our daily routine it feels like that our holiday was long time ago. Everyone of my family has very much enjoyed the stay in your beautiful apartment. It was big enough, clean and comfortable. The favourite place of my wife and me was on the balcony lying on a sunlounger under the blind, reading a book and listening to the waves of the Mediterranean. Fantastic! We liked it to swim in the pool, which was bigger than we had expected. No need to say this was the favourite place of my kids. The view from the roof terrace was really great. On the one side the mountains and on the other the Med, Gibraltar and Africa. There was always a little breeze coming over the Med so that we didn´t miss an air conditioning. We did several trips by car to the beautiful places in this area of Andalucia (Tarifa, The Rock, Gaucin, Ronda, Marbella&hellip). Many thanks to John who was very polite and patient. On the arrival day we were 2 hours late so that John had to wait for us until midnight. So as summary, we have had a fantastic relaxing time without stress and worries and we are all sure that we will book this apartment again. Best regards Norbert Dellbrueck and family

Estepona is an unspoilt fishing town with its own harbour and beautiful golden sandy beaches. A diverse town which will appeal to those looking for a lively night life or just a nice relaxing holiday. It really does have the best of both worlds and to be fully appreciated needs to be explored. In the summer there are traditional Spanish 'fiestas' and during 'semana santa' the town holds religious parades. There are some amazing restaurants in town such as La casa de mi abuela, specialising in enormous Argentinian steaks and Ronnie's Restaurant is a true gastronomic experience. Shopping facilities are very good and include local boutiques and hypermarkets. You can reach both Seville and Granada in 2.5 hours and Gibraltar in 40 minutes by car.

The port area boasts pubs, clubs and sporting activities such as boat trips and places to book quad biking and excursions. There is a wonderful wild life safari nearby. Locals are friendly and many speak English..oh, and the weather is fantastic.

Golf: Estepona Golf course is less than a mile away. The course has frequent special offers and does a great traditional Sunday roast!

The apartment is ideally located as a base to explore many of the local courses and is just 30 minutes away by car from the Ryder Cup course, Valderama. Go on, spoil yourself !

If golf is your thing then this is a great place from which to visit the golf courses in the surrounding areas.

If travelling with non golfers - why not leave them at the apartment to relax and enjoy the beach whilst you go for a round. Or if your feeling really generous offer to pay for a spa session and massage at the local Thallasso Spa at the nearby five star Elba Hotel which is a 10 minute walk away.

  • The apartment is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and it must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. We try to be flexible - if you arrive earlier and the apartment is empty then please let us know so we can get you in earlier.
    The apartment will be cleaned and ready for your arrival. Beds will be made up and towels are provided.

    Our friendly, local representative is there to help you with anything you need during your stay. Our aim is for you to have a wonderful, stress free holiday and be 100% satisfied. The apartment is scrupulously clean and now has new balcony furniture, new kingsize double bed and mattress, new sun shade that covers the whole balcony, new laminated safety glass double glazed balcony patio doors, new sun loungers on the roof terrace and new sofas in the lounge. The apartment was completely repainted in 2013 and had the floors professionally re-polished. There are now window grates which allow to keep the bedroom windows safely open all the time.
