There is a two-level deck. The upper level deck is accessible from the kitchen and provides wonderful views of the Marin Headlands and peek-a-boo views of the Golden Gate Bridge. The deck has a table that seats four with an umbrella. The lower level deck is directly accessible from the master bedroom and has a hot tub that accomodates four adults. The backyard is accessible from both levels of the deck as well as a door off the family room. The backyard has a lawn area and a climbing dome for kids.
The kitchen includes a professional grade stove and convection oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.
The garage has a full size washer and dryer. The garage accomodates one car. An additional car can be parked parallel blocking the driveway which would be exempt from the two-hour parking restrictions.

We have lived in San Francisco for 19 years. For the last 10 years, we have been residents of the Inner Sunset. We are a family of four. We have enjoyed exploring the City and discovering what San Francisco has to offer.
We love the Inner Sunset. We have enjoyed raising our two children in this neighborhood. We have spent countless hours exploring Golden Gate Park, Ocean Beach, the Presidio, Crissy Field, and the Marin Headlands. We frequent the restaurants and shops on Irving Street and the Farmer's market on Sundays. We appreciate the close proximity of the N Judah line for acccessing downtown areas and Ocean Beach.
Our home has been renovated and is in top condition. The hot tub, deck, and landscaped backyard provide added luxury. The proximity to Golden Gate Park and the N Judah train are ideal for vistiors who do not have a car.

Extremely convenient access (2 blocks) to N Judah train line inbound to Civic Center, Union Square, the Financial District, Ferry Building, and the Embarcadero. Or take the N Judah line outbound to Ocean Beach. Several bus lines are within 4-8 blocks of our home.
