Looking for peace and quiet? Have a large family you need to accommodate or want to bring a few friends? Then our townhouse is PERFECT for your stay!

Located in Holgate, just seven houses from the beach and three blocks from the southern end of Long Beach Island, our reversed-living townhouse is available for rental.

The unit sleeps eight comfortably within the four bedrooms with two queen and four twin-size beds. The unit has two and a half baths plus an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water. It has all new furnishings and a completely equipped kitchen. We also provide a gas barbecue for your cooking enjoyment. All it needs is you to come and enjoy the panoramic views and sunsets from the roof top deck!

Please note, we do not rent for weekends or proms. We require someone 25 or over to be present during the rental period.

SANDY UPDATE:

Yes, we survived Sandy! We are very fortunate that while our lowest floor was damaged, our unit has had all repairs completed as of March 1, 2013. In addition, the entire second floor including the bedrooms and bathrooms have all been repainted. The unit is clean, fresh and ready to go!
