Property Information:
The present owners are an Italian-American couple who inherited the estate and immediately started to renovate this once active farmhouse into a vacation getaway. Completed in 2004, this elegant farmhouse was converted into four private villas. The owners reserved one for themselves, which they retreat away from New York life about six months of the year. The owners are fluent in both English and Italian. They take great pride in providing personal care of all the accommodations, needs, and interests of their guests. Guests are invited to stroll among the estates vineyards and olive groves for sampling of the homemade wine and olive oil. They are also encouraged to ask any questions they may have. This estate covering an area of approximately 17 acres blends into the harmonious scenery of the Tuscan countryside, where green hills slope down towards the horizon and woods alternate with vineyards and olive groves.
