Old Town Condo Rental Photos and Description

3 Bedroom (2 Masters), 3 Bath Walking Distance To Main St.

Just recently updated and furnished for our family and yours. We looked for a condo a year ago that was in the perfect location and central to everything you could want to enjoy in park city for all seasons.

Just recently replaced all flooring, new slate around the fireplaces, new ceiling fans, and also a new tiled shower in the master bathroom.

WINTER: World class skiing/snowboarding is right out our back door. With the Park City Mountain Resort one short block up from us you can choose whether to walk or grab a shuttle that picks you up right in front of the condo at frequent regular times. Also being on Park Ave puts you in the heart of Old Historic Downtown minutes from Main Street. You will love being on main street with all the action and the streets lit up with lights in the winter.

SPRING and SUMMER: With Park City Mountain Resort being right out the back door you can ski into the spring months and as it warms up enjoy, an extensive trail system for mountain biking and hiking in the summer. These trails connect to the entire trail network throughout park city (including deer valley and canyons resort). Park city resort also offers many summer activities for children, including an alpine slide, alpine coaster, rock climbing wall, mini golf, zipline, scenic chairlift rides, and more. Main street is a short walk or free bus ride from the condo through charming old town, and offers many options for dining, shopping, art galleries, and nightlife. Main street also hosts the silly market every sunday (local craft vendors, music, and food), and many festivals throughout the summer (kimball arts festival, international music festival, gallery stroll, wine festival, jazz & food festival, etc). The huge city park is across the street from the unit, which includes free tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts, softball/baseball/soccer/football fields, a playground, a skate park, and grilling areas. Park city golf course is also within walking distance, which offers reasonable greens fees and an amazing mountain backdrop. There is free live music to be found in town 5 days a week, including the popular Wednesday summer concert series at deer valley. The free town bus system has a stop that picks up outside the front door, which will take you anywhere in town. The Jordanelle Resorvoir is a short distance away (offering boating, paddle boarding, picnic areas, and sand beaches) as well as multiple rivers offering fishing and whitewater rafting. SLC international airport is easily accessible with a 45 minute drive or a shuttle ride.

Fall: The changing colors are breathtaking and the trails and mountain sides take on new beauty.

It is our second home so it is fully stocked for your every need as well as decorated with an organic modern feel. Comfort was key so you will enjoy the open airy feel of the great room with a soft large sectional with a wood burning fireplace, large 60” smart tv w/cable that you can swivel to see in any part of the great room and kitchen and dvd player. You will enjoy internet access to your netflix account to round out your viewing options. Walk out sliders from great room and master bedroom take you out to the large, private balcony area where you can enjoy the large trees right outside the door.

There are two master bedrooms. The first one has a king bed, wood burning fireplace, and walk out to the deck, flat screen smart tv w/cable, walk in closet, and newly tiled shower in the bathroom. The second master has a queen bed, flat screen tv w/cable and dvd player, walk in closet, and bathroom. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (4 twins), and door to third bathroom which also has another doorway to the common hallway. All of the beds are made to be comfortable with down comforters for adults or children (the bunk beds are suitable for adults as well). We also have 2 fold out foam mattress pads for more sleeping options (twin size).

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the things you need to stay in and cook. The restaurants in park city are many but you can also stay in and spend time in this kitchen and great room area. The appliances are all brand new stainless with granite counter tops. Four bar stools and a table with six dining room chairs will seat 10 people comfortably for meals.

You can also enjoy year round a 10 person hot tub, sauna, ping pong and sitting area in the common area of the condominium. Large towels are provided in the condo and we also have a washer and dryer in the unit if you should need to do any laundry. The unit comes with one dedicated covered parking spot in the underground garage, and additional parking is available in guest spots outside on a first come first served basis.

About Charie (Sha-ree)

We live about an hour away from Park City and wanted to buy this condo so we could spend more time with our four children enjoying all that Park City has to offer year round. We love the outdoors and the hiking, biking, skiing for us and the kids is endless right out the door of this condo.

We thought we knew how beautiful and vibrant Park City was but to our surprise we have found even more to do and experience since purchasing our condo and spending more time here. We wanted to be in the heart of the action and also have a place to feel cozy and comfortable to come home to.

What makes this condo unique

The location was the top reason for our choice in buying this condo but also the layout works really well for us. I love that it feels urban but also mountain living at the same time.

Excellent location with a very nice condo. Easy walk to PCMR and only a 10 min walk to Main St. 3Bd/3Ba makes getting ready for the day out quick and easy in a very comfortable condo that has everything. Owners are very responsive and helpful about any questions. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for convenient stay in Park City.

Great Family Ski Condo

We enjoyed the condo very much. The owners provided amenities such as laundry detergent and shampoo (bath soaps were small - bring your own). Plus the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need for a family meal, including spices, olive oil, etc. It spaciously accommodated our family of five. The location was super convenient. We walked to the slopes each morning and could catch the trolley to Main Street right outside the front door. The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating as well. A great experience all around.

I hope you saw the crate of soaps under each bathroom sink if you were to run out since you had an extended stay. Hope to have you stay another time or come visit Zions National Park. Winter Vacation, Great Location!

We stayed here over Valentine's and President's Day Weekend. Pics are accurate, nicely designed. We had 7 adults and baby under 2 on this trip. There was enough space for all of us and even a few toys for the bambino. The condo kitchen was stocked with all kinds of spices, plastic ziplock bags, trash bags, detergent, soaps, etc... all the little stuff that you hate to buy on vacation. There were enough towels, blankets, pillows, mattresses for all of us and then some. We had a great time skiing even though it hadn't snowed in over a month. Park City Resort is a block up hill and the bus pick up is a block over, super convenient location. Gas Station across the street for late night ice cream runs or whatever little thing you may need. Study the bus routes before hand if you have never been, it took us a day to figure out what bus we needed to take to get to where we needed to go. We are just not use to buses/trains/subways in general.

Main St was very nice and just a short bus ride away. There are lots of places to eat and shop on the strip. We were wiped out after skiing every day but still managed to make it out there a few times. There is a local place called Speedy Hernandez that will deliver food from a few different restaurants in the area if you decide to stay home.

Charie was very helpful and quick to respond to all our needs and questions. They are good people and will treat you right. Have no worries if you book this place. You will be pleased.

If I could recommend, the shower water pressure was light, with how nice the master shower is, a little stronger pressure would have been perfect.

Super Bowl Ski Trip

A group of 8 friends spent 4 days skiing at PCMR and The Canyons. It was an easy walk to PCMR and a short drive to The Canyons. The accomadations were great and we all had plenty of room to relax after skiing. We walked to Main Street, but using the free bus system was no problem. We only used our car to ski at The Canyons, everything you need is close by and is walking distance. We had a great trip and would definitely recommend working with Charie to anyone planning a trip to Park City.

Super close to PCMR

My family of 4 from Australia had a wonderful time at the Lift Line Condo! It really was a home away from home for us! We walked to the Ski school each day with our 2 little girls (5 and 7) and it was super close and fast. No problems. For the time we went to Deer Valley and to Canyons we caught the super easy bus system. We didn't go out for dinner at all! Not once as we bought some groceries and ate at "home" - much easier with small kids than dragging them to a restaurant in the snow each night. Charie had lots of little extras in the kitchen which was awesome - things like spices and cooking oil and salad dressing so you didn't have to buy all the extra little ingredients for cooking! So handy and thoughtful. We cooked mainly basic plain meals to make things easy. We didn't have a car and I must say I wish I did as getting to the supermarket and the liquor store to buy wine would be a lot easier. As it was it was a bit of a trek for my husband but luckily for me he did it for me! If you dont have a car try to think ahead of what you need and do one big shop! I wasn't that organised! We used the washer and dryer too which was handy on a month long vacation let me say! The beds were really comfy and the apt cosy and the fireplace was a real novelty for me coming from Australia. I loved it! The girls loved using the toys left behind too and it was nice for them to have something to do other than play with the few toys they had in their suit case. My daughter and I used the hot tub most nights and it was fun and easy to get to. I really felt at home here and would recommend it to anyone visiting. Very convenient and cosy indeed and thanks Charie again.

Awesome Condo and even more Awesome Homeowner!

We spent Christmas 2014 at this wonderful Lift Line condo and could not have been more pleased with the unit and especially the wonderful homeowner, Charie Francom! Charie went out of her way to provide us some great information about what to expect in Park City with recommendations to help us make our stay more enjoyable. The condo was even nicer than the photos depict and the beds were very comfortable with extra care having been given to make the property more like a "home" instead of a "rental". The personal touches go a long way when you are traveling from the east coast and wanting to create "Christmas" for your family.

Also, I didn't fully realize how close the Park City Resort was from this unit. It is literally 1 block to the resort so it was a very easy walk for the adults and teenagers each morning. Of course, there is also the free bus system that our friends used, but we were perfectly happy with the walk to the slopes each day. We opted to rent a car so we could spend a couple of days seeing Salt Lake City before coming to Park City and the car did come in handy for large grocery runs and trips to Main Street each evening, even though I know the bus system would have worked fine for this, as well. Our trips to Main Street were wonderful with great shopping and many wonderful bars and restaurants to explore.

I highly recommend renting from Charie and visiting Park City!

The condo is located in Old Town in the heart of Park City. It is across the street from Park City Mountain Resort and 5 minute drive to Deer Valley Ski Resort and Canyons Ski Resort. It is in walking distance to Main Street. Park City offers a great variety of restaurants, bars, shopping, and art galleries. Shuttles are available to and from Salt Lake International Airport (SLC), or car rentals are available for the 45 minute drive. Free Park City Bus System stops just outside the unit. This system takes you places such as Main St, Prospector Square, Kimball Junction and every available ski access in Deer Valley and Park City areas so no car is necessary once you arrive at the condo. Park City is also home to the famous Sundance Film Festival, which happens for 10 days every January - and this condo is walking distance to most of the venues! The City Park is across the street, offering free tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts, softball/soccer/football fields, a playground, a skate park, and grilling areas (in summer). Great hiking and mountain biking are across the street and connect with an extensive trail system throughout Park City. The Jordanelle reservoir is 10 minutes away, which offers boating, camping, picnic areas, and beaches on the lake. Various rivers are also close by and offer fishing, tubing, and rafting. Other great ski areas are also in driving distance - Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, Brighton, and Solitude are a 45 minute drive, Snow Basin and Powder Mountain are a 1.5 hour drive. The Tangier Outlets are a 10 minute drive, and attractions in Salt Lake City are a 30 minute drive.
