Come to St. Simons and fall in love with this quaint and quite island oasis. From the Marshs of Glynn to the Atlantic Ocean, St. Simons has something for everyone. There's the beach, golf, tennis, bike trails, fishing, bird watching, kayaking, shopping, and great dining from crab cakes to pizza!
Walk to pool, clubhouse and golf from this spacious Fairway Villas condo located in Sea Palms steps from the Clubhouse. Located on a small lagoon along the the first hole of the Sea Palms golf course all rooms have a beautiful view. There are beach chairs and toys, three bikes and boogie boards for your enjoyment.
There's much to explore in St. Simons and the Golden Isles. It is truly Georgia's hidden treasure with southern hospitality in a seaside setting with a rich and storied history.
We first came to St. Simons on our honeymoon in 1990 and knew then that we would always come back!
Bonnie Owenby purchased this condo in 2005
Sea Palms is a great central location just steps away from golf and swimming.
The view from all rooms of the lagoon give you a nestled away feeling. The Live Oaks and Spanish Moss give an old world feel like stepping back in time.
very spacious and comfortable condo! if you are a golfer, it is located right across the street from the clubhouse. I think you could sleep 10 adults in the 3 bedrooms and the photos of the condo are very accurate. I would stay there again and the price was right.
The place is a little older but in good shape. The place is big and has plenty of room for 8 people to stay comfortably. The bedrooms are huge and have plenty of closet space. Four kids stayed in the room above our bedroom and we never heard them so very quiet. Loved the deck on the back. Our favorite thing to do was feed the turtles and fish in lagoon and the view was pretty and relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped to cook any meal. Plenty of dishes and silverware. The beds are very comfortable. There were plenty of videos to watch, lots of channels and even some games to play. The kids enjoyed having the bikes and rode all over the island. And for anyone who plays golf, the golf course is as pretty as any you will ever see. I would have given the place 5 stars but we did have a few problems when we first got there, but they were taken care of. If going in the near future and want to use the pool near the condo ask if it is finished being redone. If it is done you do have to go to the pool at fitness center on other side of Fredrica Rd. Too far for younger children to walk. It was suppose to be done when we were there but wasn't. I would recommend it to all and will certainly consider staying there again. Harris-Teeter grocery store is nearby but the island just isn't that big so really anywhere you want to go just doesn't take long. Favorite places to eat are Brogens for sandwiches, Iguana's for seafood, Sandcastle Cafe & Grill for really good breakfast and for a little more upscale we like Blackwater Grill.
We booked this for a conference. The pictures do not do it justice. From the Back deck to the upstairs bedrooms this place is huge. If your looking to get away or have a conference don't hesitate to book it. We will be back just to get away. Bonnie was a Gem to work with my wife had no problem talking with her before and after we leave. Thanks for sharing your place with us.
