4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa complete with pool and spa and games room

Our villa is in the perfect location to see all that Florida has to offer. It is situated in the gated community of High Grove. The entire estate has been modelled with a Mediterranean theme to it. Our villa is two storey.

It has been furnished to a high standard and has four big bedrooms. One with a king bed and the other double with a queen bed, plus two further bedrooms each containing two twin beds. It will sleep 8 people. The garage has been converted into a games room which has air hockey, pool table and darts. There is cable TV with over 200 channels, we also have a 'smart' blu-ray player that connects to our super fast 14meg broadband and wi-fi. we subscribe to Netflix so you have movies and TV shows on demand. There is also cable TV and DVD players in every bedroom . The pool is 26 feet by 14 feet with a spa. There are numerous loungers out of the covered pool deck to sit and soak up the Florida sunshine. The house has wi-fi access.
About Mike Brown

Hi we are Mike & Tammy Brown, we live in South Cumbria 15 miles from the edge of lake Windermere. We love Florida and kept going over and over again so buying a property seemed the obvious choice for us. The house is really starting to feel like home from home and it is our intention that you feel the same during your stay. We are always willing to anwser any questions you might have about the house or indeed about the area or Florida in general.

We looked at a lot of property before buying this house, we picked this for some fundamental reasons. It is a secure gated community, it is right on the 192 junction only 6 miles from Walt Disney World, it is very close to ameneties such as a super walmart and a number of restaurants and more than anything the house is spacious and the estate generally has a really nice feel about it.

Our villa is our 4 bedroom luxury Mediterranean style home in the gated community of High Grove. It is in an ideal position to visit all of the Orlando attractions. High Grove has a club house with a community pool and fitness room. Disneyworld is only a ten minute drive away, Universal and Seaword are 20 minutes down the road. There is a huge Walmart a couple of minutes away along with a number of restaurants nearby. There are numerous quality golf courses within a short drive

We have just returned from a fantastic 3 week holiday in Florida and were fortunate to have booked Mike's villa.
The location was perfect for reaching the theme parks and also being just off the 192 all the shops, restaurant's and supermarkets are close by.
The villa was well above our expectations and provided us with everything we needed and more. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. Our Grandaughter loved the pool and would have happily spent all day in it. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area which was peaceful and also being a gated community it gave us peace of mind.
We had to contact the management company twice during our stay and they acted promptly both times.
If dining on the 192 we can recommend Longhorns and The Texas Roadhouse who serve superb steaks.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Mike's villa be it for a family or a mixed party.
Thank you Mike for sharing your home with us and hopefully we will be back next year.

Superb accommodation superb location

We spent two fantastic weeks at Easter with our 12 year old in Florida. Mike's house is superbly located for all Disney and Universal Parks. The short cut left for us in the house made the parks easily accessible off the 192 in about 15 minutes.
The house itself we cannot fault. It is spacious, clean and well decorated. It has all the fixtures and fittings you'd expect in a modern home. The bedrooms are large and cool, which trust me is a godsend. The house is big enough for one large family or even two quite comfortably. The pool was excellent and heaven on a day after walking in the parks.
I would highly recommend Mike's house for anyone who is visiting the Orlando area we certainly will be going back

Amazing villa in a safe gated community.

This beautiful villa more and met our expectations, with it's large clean spacious living area and large open kichen, the pool and plunge pool (jacuzzi) out back was fantastic we pratically lived in it especially the kid's, and what I thought was a good idea were the pool alarms on both doors leading to the pool which meant the kids were safe, the games room was excellent fun for family to join in on, and as for the bedrooms the master bedroom was a large elegantly decorated room with a big comfortable bed with en-suite bath and shower room, the kids loved the disney room which got them even more excited for when we saw disney world etc, the other double beded room was warm comfortable room that got the beautiful morning florida sun flooding in. All in all an amazing villa for an amazing life changing holiday, could'nt of asked for more.

Having been to the Orlando area several times i have stayed in five or six different villas. Everything about this one made it the best by far.
The quality of the villa is fantastic and gave us everything we needed for the perfect holiday. Location, facilities, cleanliness were spot on.
The correspondence with the owner was second to none.
I have already recommended the villa to anyone who has shown an interest in Florida and would recommend anyone looking for a Florida villa looks no further than this place.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!!

This holiday was the best holiday my family and I have ever had.My kids are a three year old little girl and a six year old big boy(he calls himself). The villa was immaculate,well presented and well situated for everything from shopping,dining out and Disney parks.Walmart is literally 2 minutes away!! Universal/international drive was an approx 1/2 hour drive away.Mike always answered any questions quickly and enthusiastically(guessing he has the Florida bug like me),nothing was to much trouble.It was great to come back to the creature comforts of the villa after 13 consecutive days of walking around various theme parks.There was also a stair-gate to stop my little princess (she calls herself) going upstairs.The pool was fantastic(had it heated,not because of the weather being too cold as it was 31 Celsius but because I can be a bit wet).Cant say enough about this place .ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!!
