Sleeps 6. 3 bedroom, luxurious apartment in top complex with manicured gardens, 5 shared pools (heated indoor), gym, playground 24 hour security and Wi-Fi. Located between Marbella Old Town (8 minutes) and Puerto Banus (5 minutes). 10 minutes walk from the beach. Many top quality golf courses a short drive away. Short drive to number of large supermarkets, great restaurants, cafes and ATM. 50km/40 minutes from Malaga Airport.

The apartment is located in Monte Paraiso one of Marbella's top complexes with its manicured gardens, range of 5 swimming pools including an indoor heated, gymnasium, children's playground and 24 hour gated security and Wi-Fi. There is a great sense of tranquility to the Monte Paraiso complex due to its beautiful gardens and low-rise, low density layout. The main swimming pool has a lifeguard for the summer months and the club house is open for food, coffee and drinks. The apartment is very spacious with 3 king sized bedrooms, two spacious bathrooms, guest toilet, two large private terraces and a very spacious lounge. The furnishings are a very high quality and the apartment is very well equipped with all the comforts for a great holiday, including Satellite TV, DVD and Wi-Fi.

Note:

The apartment is very suitable to children of all ages. It is on the ground floor, is very secure and is all on one level. The owners have young children and so the apartment is equipped for them - high chair, baby cots and all safety issues taken care of. There are two secure underground parking spaces (although ample parking exists outside the apartment) with lift access.

Further Details:

Within a short driving distance from the apartment there are a number of large supermarkets (eg Corte Ingles), great restaurants, cafes and an ATM at the Puento Romano Hotel a short distance away and ample playgrounds in Marbella and Puerto Banus.

Deposit to be paid 2 weeks in advance and full payment one week in advance with security deposit. Linen charge of 100 euros for duration of stay.
