Terrific, Clean Place in a Great Location

This is a really amazing vacation house with nice amenities and in a great location. It's very clean, beautiful and modern but also comfortable and feels like home. It's close to the beaches along the ocean, the bay, restaurants, a really nice little park and a few blocks down the road from a nice little district of shops. It's close enough that you could walk to pretty much all of these locations, or just take a quick bike or car ride if you prefer. But everything is close and easy to get to. The boardwalk in Ocean City has a ton of fun things for kids and the whole town just feels clean and classy. Another great thing about this house is that even though it's close to everything, it's also tucked in a very quiet spot that doesn't see much traffic. Off-street parking is nice. And the owners are extremely nice and go above and beyond to guide you on your stay in Ocean City. We've stayed here two years in a row now and would definitely recommend it to others.

What a great place

When we rented this house our expectation was to just be a few family members at different times during the week. It just so happened that 3 of my kids were going off to college, 1 to University of Kentucky and staying there for 5 years and 2 to rutgers Camden in Senior and junior years respectively. I guess they felt like they needed to be together so all 6 kids came at once. The house satisfied our needs and the backyard was perfect for sitting together and our seafood fest as a going away party. We loved the place and expect to return. Our thanks to the owners for providing everything we could have needed

The house is perfect for a relaxing family vacation. We were very comfortable and felt at home. The house is located in a great spot - not too close to the chaos in the center of town - yet close enough to walk or bike ride to anything. GREAT HOUSE, GREAT TIME AND GREAT OWNERS

I stayed here on the bottom level with my wife, daughter and son for the week. What a great place. Love the proximity to North Beach as it's just a 5-10 min walk. The house was super clean, had all the amenities you need and the owners were great. Very friendly and family orientated. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Can't wait until next year.

Clean, Comfortable and Centrally Located

We stayed on the first floor for a week and were really pleased with the experience. Everything was recently updated and extremely clean. There's a full kitchen if you want to make some meals while there and a grill out back, too. The washer/dryer come in quite handy, especially if you spend time at the beach. Same for the outdoor shower. And there are through-the-wall air conditioning units that keep the place nice and comfortable.
The house is on a beautiful, quiet street. There's a great park around the corner and walking distance to an ice cream shop and right down the road from Ocean City's main shopping area. It's right about in the middle of both the oceanside beaches and the bay. Both waterfronts are very easy to get to from this rental. The owners were extremely nice, helpful and easy to deal with. We definitely plan to go back.
