Clean, Comfortable and Centrally Located

We stayed on the first floor for a week and were really pleased with the experience. Everything was recently updated and extremely clean. There's a full kitchen if you want to make some meals while there and a grill out back, too. The washer/dryer come in quite handy, especially if you spend time at the beach. Same for the outdoor shower. And there are through-the-wall air conditioning units that keep the place nice and comfortable.
The house is on a beautiful, quiet street. There's a great park around the corner and walking distance to an ice cream shop and right down the road from Ocean City's main shopping area. It's right about in the middle of both the oceanside beaches and the bay. Both waterfronts are very easy to get to from this rental. The owners were extremely nice, helpful and easy to deal with. We definitely plan to go back.

The property was very clean and owners provided accurate information about the property. Location was in a quiet part of town which was nice for a family vacation. I would recommend this property to friends and family. We hope to go back next year!

Beautiful, Clean, Modern and Well Kept

My family stayed on the first floor of this duplex for one week on the week of July 20, 2013. The unit was spacious and spotless. The appliances and furniture were modern. Everything in the unit was either new or well maintained. The photographs and description by the owner are accurate.

The location was very centrally located and just a few blocks from the beach, bay and boardwalk. The block is very quiet with very little traffic. While outside the hustle and bustle of the downtown area this place is still just close everyting where you can walk to them.

I could not ask for better communication and responsiveness by the owners and they were quick to return the security deposit. We would not hesitate to return or recommend this house to our friends and family.

Clean, Bright, Quiet, Central Location, Close to Everything

My family of four stayed in the first (1st) floor of this duplex for two (2) weeks over the 4th of July 2013. The unit was spacious and spotless. The appliances and furnishings were modern. Everything in the duplex was either new or well maintained. The photographs and description by the owner are accurate.

The location was very centrally located and just mere blocks from the beach, bay and boardwalk; we enjoyed each of these during our visit. The block is very quiet with very little traffic. While outside the hustle and bustle of the downtown area this place is still just close enough that the tennis courts, the weekly farmers market and shopping were just a bike ride/walk away.

I could not ask for better communication and responsiveness by the owners.

We would not hesitate to return or recommend this house to our friends and family.
