Our condo is located alongside the palm trees and black lava on the 3rd hole of the Waikoloa Beach Course. The immaculately kept grounds and distinctive Hawaiian plantation architecture make for a beautiful setting. Guests are close to world-famous beaches, tropical hikes, and championship golf courses.
The condo comes complete with a private lanai, a large master bedroom with king-sized bed, and a master bath that features a tub and glass-walled shower.
Guests will enjoy flat screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom. A stacking washer and dryer are located within the unit. The second bedroom features 2 twin beds, which can easily be converted to a king bed upon request, and a private guest bathroom. High speed wireless internet access and unlimited calling to the U.S. and Canada are included.
From the second-floor lanai, guests will have a beautiful view of the palm trees and surrounding golf course. The lanai features an outdoor attached barbeque and is a fantastic place to watch the sunset while enjoying a tropical Mai Tai or two.
The surrounding resort is quiet and features deluxe amenities. Just steps from our unit are a gym and workout area, along with the pool and secluded hot tub. The gated resort community is exceptionally safe and private.
Outside the condo is where the fun really begins. Anaeho’omalu bay (A-Bay) is just a short walk or drive away. Other popular beaches include Hapuna Beach Park, a short ten minute drive away, and the beautiful resort beaches of Mauna Kea and Mauna Lani. Each beach offers a unique experience, including activities like boogie boarding, snorkeling, and whale, turtle, or dolphin watching. The biggest choice to make on your Hawaiian vacation will be picking which beach to visit!
Guests are also just a 5 minute walk away from King’s Shops and Queen’s Marketplace. These popular shopping centers feature grocery stores, exclusive boutiques like Louis Vuitton, fine art galleries, daily Koi feeding, and food from all over the world. King’s Shops also regularly features live music acts performed by island artists and folk musicians.

We spent many winter vacations in Maui, and recently discovered the Big Island, and fell in love with the beauty and diversity of this very unique island.
The Big Island offers an incredible array of things to see and do. Many of our favorite beaches along the Kohala Coast are within a 10-15 minute drive from our condo.
My family of four stayed here for 5 nights. It was great! So nice to have a kitchen and laundry. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay on the Big Island.
We stayed here for a week in November and it was amazing! The pictures are an exact representation of what you see when you arrive. There were 4 of us, (2 Couples) and the condo was a perfect fit. The condo itself is large and spacious, so we felt comfortable the moment we arrived. There is a fully stocked kitchen with every utensil you need. The outdoor grill is wonderful and we definately found it useful. Bedrooms are huge and beds are comfortable. Garage is perfect for the jeep we rented. Hot tub and pool are located just outside the building.
The market is about a 3 minute walk, which has everything you may need. The beach is about a 7-10 minute walk, but well worth it. Perfect for snorkelling and relaxing.

We rented this 2BR condo at Waikoloa Beach Villa for two weeks from October 24 to November 9th. I can't say enough positive things about this experience. The condo itself is in a great location with shopping and restaurants near by and world class beaches only minutes away. The condo is large, very clean with a modern kitchen, very comfortable beds, nice balcony with a bbq and view of the 3rd hole on the golf course. There is also a garage to park your car and a nice pool with hot tub that we really enjoyed. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, cups, pots and pans etc. The experience booking and dealing with the owners of this property was great! There is so much to do in this location, if your looking for a relaxing vacation or an active vacation or a bit of both you can do it all here. We are already planning our return date to this location and this condo for next year...only this time longer.
This condo has it all. Privacy. Peace and quiet. Unit optimally configured for 2 couples or family to have all the living space, but also privacy you could want. Great parking, garage and nearby parking spot for second vehicle. On the golf course. Elevator if you don't want to take the short stair case. Pool, workout gym and hot tub, just steps from the unit. Completely stocked with home away from home amenities... and more. Beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, and more... fabulous kitchen and dining inventory, fantastic BBQ and wet bar for grilling and dining on your own lanai. Easy drive from airport. Short walking distance to many many shops, beach at A-Bay (great sunsets here), beach and lava trails, restaurants, luaus, free outdoor entertainment every night across the road at Queens and Kings featuring wonderful Hawaiin singers and dancers, whale watching in winter months, turtles every where, all year. Centrally located to some of the finest beaches on the Big Island, such as Kua Bay, Makalawena, Kukio Bay, Hapuna for boogie boarding, Mauana Kae, 69 Beach, to mention a few. Short drives to Hawi, to Waikoloa Village, Waimea or Kona. Kona has Costco close to airport with super wine and spirits selections, and no shortage of other great shopping and dining options in Kona. Always worth taking a drive to Hilo too, to the Tsunami Museum, the great tidepools in Pahoa for snorkeling, visitig the waterfalls, farmers markets,scenic coastal drive. Perfect paradise get-a-way. And the owners go to great lengths to make sure your stay will be a better than you can imagine stay.
We had a wonderful stay in this condo from first contact with the owner until the last day. The owner made it so easy to book and was very fast and helpful in his email responses. There was no one coming in the same day we left and it was no trouble at all to have a late checkout. The condo is gorgeous. It was immaculately clean, extremely well equipped (better than any place we have stayed in) and well maintained. I spent many hours relaxing on the lanai, which is a corner and so gets a lovely breeze. It's quiet yet so close to everything, particularly the Queen's marketplace which is a very short walk (<3 mins). I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
