3 bedroom renovated house for 6 near the sea

Typical house of the first fishermen of the village, all renovated. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One room is en suite. There are 1 double bed and the rest are rooms with double beds. The house was fully restored in recovering the traditional 'back Catalan' on the roof and turning the whole front of the house in a unique and inviting open space that integrates the kitchen and lounge. Equipped with all modern conveniences, the house has electric heating and wood stove for winter. We have a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, coffee maker, TV and DVD players.

We are at the end of the village 2 minutes walk from the main beaches in town. Located on a quiet street with little traffic, is usually able to park close to home even in the middle of August. We are adjacent to the intersection of roads to the Yacht Club sports (CNPS), the beaches and the road to the cove of La Tamariua, a beautiful cove and within the natural park of Cabo de Creus that retains its wild and natural charm. It is a quiet location with open sea views across the bay from the town and 5 minutes walk from the town center and therefore the commercial area.
