87 m² are available to the guest. All the living- and bedrooms have top quality carpeting and furnishing. The bathroom and the kitchen are tiled. In the Bosch-integrated kitchen you will find dinnerware and silverware for 12 people, as well as everything you need for cooking: e-stove with baking oven, dish washer, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, electric bread cutting machine, etc. For your entertainment, you will find a colour TV (videotext/ cable) and a stereo system. The beds have good mattresses (100 x 200 and 90 x 200 respectively). In the garden, you will find table, chairs and deck chairs. You can bring your own bikes and store them in the pergola. You have shopping possibilities (Kaiser’s consumer market) within 5 - 10 minutes. You can reach the bus station within 2 minutes.

The vacation apartment is located in Spandau, which gave up its status as an independent town in 1920, and became a district of Berlin. You can relax in the near city forest which invites you to jogging. By car or by bike, you can reach one of the Havel bathing bays with sand beach, watched by DLRG. The old path of the border patrol is very popular among walkers, bikers and inline skaters. Spandau has a historical center, where you will find the citadel from 1640 with the Julius tower. Our accommodation is a good starting point for all city activities, as you have good access to the public transportation: the Metrobus 45 takes you day and night (every 10minutes, respectively every 30 minutes) to the Zoo Train Station. You can also get on the train at the Spandau train station and use S9, S75, U7, an RE or an RB-train so that you can reach the ICC/ exhibition center, the Olympia Stadium, the Train Station and the Friedrich Street, Potsdamer or Alexander Platz within 10 - 15 minutes.

  • Our price of 23 Euros is valid when coming with four adult guests. Nevertheless the apartment is rented to less people:
    1 - 2 persons: 57,00 Euros or 67,00 Euros (according to the number of used bedrooms)
    3 persons: 78,00 Euros
    The 5th person pays only 15 Euros per night.
    Christmas Time and New Year's Eve: 26 Euros when coming with four adult people
    1 - 2 persons: 64,50 Euros resp. 75,70 Euros according the number of used bedrooms
    3 persons: 88,00 Euros
    The 5th person pays only 17 Euros per night.

    Reduction for children up to the age of 12. Please ask for.

    The extra final cleaning tax varies according to the number of used bedrooms ( 36 Euros or 45 Euros).

    The price includes water, electricity, linen and towels (in bathroom and kitchen), cleaning agents, toilet paper, garbage and filet paper.

    Extra charge for heating: 15th September to 15th April, 3,00 Euros per day

Wir waren mit 4 Personen, zwei Erwachsene, 2 Kinder im August 2009 5 Tage in der Ferienwohnung "Robert". Wir waren sehr angetan von der super Ausstattung der gesamten Wohnung. Die Kinder haben sich in "ihrem Zimmer" sehr wohlgefühlt, Eine sehr gemütliche Einrichtung die es an nichts hat fehlen lassen. Unser Sohn war von dem kostenlosen Internetzugang besonders begeistert,

Auch die Familie Badziong ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat uns über alle Dinge die wir wissen mussten, bezüglich Verkehrsanbindung, Einkauf u. s. w. informiert und uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben,

Fazit: Jederzeit wieder!

Wir waren mit der Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden. Alles hat den Angaben entsprochen. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet und man hat alles, um sich wohlzufühlen. Zur Buslinie ist es nicht weit und wir konnten auch ohne Auto alle Ziele problemlos erreichen.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort so wohl wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Alles für ein komfortables Wohnen (und Kochen) ist vorhanden und sehr gepflegt. Wir genossen die „grüne Lage“ im Villenviertel von Spandau mit kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Haustür.

Die Hausbesitzerin, die fließend Englisch und Französisch spricht, ist die Sympathie selbst. Sie hat uns viele Tipps zum problemlosen Zurechtfinden in der näheren Umgebung gegeben (Einkaufen, Restaurants, Haltestellen) und zu den schnellen Verkehrsverbindungen in die City, die ein Verzicht auf die Benutzung des Autos möglich machen. Die Gegend eignet sich auch gut zum Fahrrad fahren.

Alles in allem ein exzellenter Aufenthalt in Berlin – nicht zuletzt Dank dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Unsere Adresse in Berlin beim nächsten Besuch.
