This beautiful new pool home has great views of the PGA West Citrus Golf Course. Enjoy the new pool and spa with great views, but over 80 yards from the golf action for privacy. This home has two master suites each with their own fireplace. A great room off the beautiful gourmet kitchen. The back yard has a new pool and spa, built in BBQ and the front yard has a private courtyard.

This home has four bedrooms, each with their own LED Telivision. The kids room has all three games systems and a game catalog to choose from. The family room has big screen with surround sound and a 300 movie selection to choose from. Cruise the gate gaurded Citrus Country Club with the Golf Cart provided.

Golf Special! 2 for 1 golf discount at dozens of public courses. Gold during the season is very expensive in the Palm Springs area. With dozens of 2 for 1 tee time options we have made it affordable. We are even providing 4 golf rental sets! 2 mens and 2 womens sets. These clubs are great quality (all you need to do is provide the balls)

I took my wife and 3 kids to this amazing house and could not have been more pleased! This is a beautiful home with tons of space, wonderful upgrades throughout, a refreshing pool and fantastic view of the golf course. The fact that I, my wife, my 9 yr old and my teenagers all LOVED this house speaks volumes.

The pool was perfect in that the patio area offered both shade and sun depending on what we wanted. The bedrooms were HUGE and the master bathroom was better than any high end hotel I have stayed in. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner along with having a large BBQ on the patio that we never got around to using. There was nothing that we needed/wanted that was not provided.

There are numerous restaurants nearby along with plenty of good public golf courses. There is a grocery store and Starbucks only 5 minutes from the house.

Had a question about the spa operation and the owner got me the information within 30 minutes of my phone call.

Thank you so much Kevin for the use of your home. We will be back! :)
