Luxury villa with pool and spa in Highlands Reserve

This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is superbly furnished to a high standard with a large fully screened pool with views over the conservation area of Highlands Reserve. The large pool and spa area has dining facilities for you to eat 'al fresco' and sun loungers for those in your party that want to relax around the pool. The villa itself is fully air conditioned, has WiFi and is fully equipped with everything you should need for your stay. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 26' TV and en-suite. The second master has a king size bed, 20' TV and en-suite and the third master has a queen size bed with 14' TV. The two other bedrooms both have 14' TV's and share the third bathroom. This villa is unique in the fact that the 5th bedroom has two full size cots in it.

Highlands Reserve is set amongst a prestigious 18 hole par 72 championship golf course. There is also a communal swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts and children's' play area. It is 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and only 15 minutes from Disney.

  • Pool heat is an additional £100 per week.

    We require a 10% or minimum £100 deposit at the time of the booking with the balance due 10 weeks before your departure.

    We ask for a £150 / $200 breakages deposit that is refunded to you within 2 weeks of your return following a satisfactory inspection of the property by our US management company.
