The beautiful property offered at the Cranberry Hill Inn combines the freedom of your own vacation home and the luxury of an exclusive inn. The Harbor View Suite has one bedroom with a king bed and a living room with a pullout double sofa. Both rooms have gas fireplaces and every window in every room has a view of the harbor. The new kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker and is supplied with plates, silver ware and glassware, as well as enough paper products to last through your vacation. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub/shower combination with a skylight. The suite opens to a private deck overlooking the garden and the harbor. Our gardens offer guests the opportunity for quiet reflection and enjoyment as a large variety of birds enjoy our garden birdbath. Guests are encouraged to enjoy our outdoor gas grill for evenings at home after a long day hiking or biking.
The room has Bed and Breakfast quality amenities including fluffy white towels, comfortable sheets, make up mirrors, hair dryers and clothes irons. We also supply guests with a large selection of Eco friendly soaps, shampoos and lotions.
The property has cable TV, DVD players and free Wi-Fi.
Guests can walk down to the harbor or into the village within minutes. We offer plenty of parking and areas for bikes.

About Patti and Jerry Selig
Patti and Jerry Selig live in the main house on the property year round and love to share their knowledge and enthusiasm for the area with their guests. Patti works for the University of Maine ad Jerry is retired business owner. They purchased the inn and ran it as a true Bed and breakfast for eight years. After extensive renovations during the winter of 2012-13, they are now offering the suites for couples and families to enjoy.

The main house was built in 1851 and was passed from local family to local family for 150 years. The house sits at the highest point in the village of Southwest Harbor and offers great views and proximity to all of the enjoyments of the village of Southwest Harbor.
What makes this apartment unique
One block from the center of the village with easy access to wonderful restaurants and great shopping. The property faces the harbor and surrounds the garden and is always quiet. You can walk into trails in Acadia National Park or catch the free bus a block from the inn. We are also only two blocks from the ferry to the Cranberry Islands.
