3 bedroom, 2 bathroom lodge with decking areas, fully furnished to high standard

Beautiful lodge in great location, the beds will be made up with hand and bath towels included for all members of the party, so you only need to bring beach towels with you!

Easy access, parking outside, with 3 steps to property, so would suit elderly or those with children.

3 Bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes :

1 double (with LCD Freeview TV/DVD combi) reading lamps and shower room.

1 twin bedded room.

1 single room.

An additional folding bed is available offering flexbility - making a 6 berth possible either as 2 beds in 3rd bedroom or triple in 2nd bedroom.

Fully equipped kitchen with microwave; toaster, griddle, oven/grill/hob; built in fridge/freezer; built in dishwasher, breakfast area with swivel stools.

Large living area with LCD Freeview TV/DVD, gas fire, 3 piece suite, plus footstool and coffee table.

Separate dining area with table and 4 chairs (2 adjustable kitchen stools are provided, which can be used at the breakfast bar or for additional seating around the main dining table).

1 main bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin.

1 shower room (off ensuite), with toilet and basin.

Large decking area on 3 sides of the lodge, with table and 6

chairs for alfresco dining.

Facilities: The holiday park has a reception centre (useful for local information) and large laundry. A children's play area (which you can see from the lodge decking), and a large grassed area in front of the lodge, which overlooks the countryside.

Please note that the clubhouse is currently undergoing renovation and is therefore closed, no food is available on site - there is a temporary bar in the conservatory area, please check for opening times as these will vary during the season. A small site shop (next to reception) provides newspapers and most grocery basics. There is a larger shop a short 2 minute drive away which has a free cash machine.

Surf Packages: We can arrange surf packages with a local surf school, either daily or weekly to suit levels and experience please enquire for further information and we will be happy to build a package that suits you! Also we can recommend a local babysitter if you require one during your stay.

We are a family of 4 from Beccles in Suffolk, we fell in love with Cornwall on holiday and ended up buying a holiday home! Our aim is to offer great value for money holidays, and ensure that there are no hidden extras and you have a wonderful time in Cornwall.

We love the freedom the park offers to our kids, they can cycle safely around the park, and as we can see the play area from the decking we can keep an eye on them! Location wise, it is close to all the local beaches, about an hour from Truro, 5-10 minutes from Padstow and 15 minutes to Wadebridge and the Camel trail. The Eden project is within easy distance, and Crealys Adventure Park, is only 5 minutes away, which is great for kids of all ages - you get 7 days free return after your first visit, so worth going early on in the holiday. Flambards is about an hour away, a great value for money theme park and you can use Tesco Clubcard vouchers to get into both Crealys and Flambards, so worth thinking ahead.

The park is one mile from St Merryn which has three restaurants, two pubs and within two miles of a number of beautiful sandy beaches and three miles from Padstow, an historic working fishing port on the river Camel estuary. The Atlantic Bays estate is ideally located for exploring North Cornwall and only half an hour's drive from the Eden Project.

Padstow is situated on the beautiful and rugged North Cornwall coast with its towering cliffs, wide sandy beaches, hidden coves and beautiful countryside. The town of Padstow is an ancient, but busy fishing port with picturesque pastel colourwashed and stone cottages nestling in the narrow streets.

The park is easy to walk and cycle around as there are no hills, so would suit the elderly or those with young children. The nearest beaches are only 10 mins drive away.

Golf: Trevose Golf and Country Club is only 10 minutes from the lodge, and offers three courses, catering for golfers of all standards - from complete novices to seasoned golfers and touring professionals.

The park reception also have details of discounted fees at various courses in the South West.

Successful Holiday!

Just a short note to let you know we had a lovely break at Atlantic Bays Holiday Park - weather couldn't have been better and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, as did our friends who came down from Newcastle on Monday evening and stayed until Thursday morning. We had some nostalgic trips back to Newquay, Boscastle, Falmouth, Bedruthan Steps, Port Isaac etc.(must be 20 years at least since we visited some of them). We also visited Kingsley Shopping Village which was one you recommended. On the way home yesterday we called at Lydford Gorge.



Hopefully we will return to Cornwall again some time, but in the meantime thanks for all your help in making our holiday a success.

It was a relief to turn up to this cosy and well proportioned holiday home as we had been driving for hours in the rain and traffick! there were 5 adults and we were very comfortable. The table was great to play cards and everything was clean and very well equipped. Great Location close to Rick Steins pub (delicious) and an easy drive to all the beaches/padstow.

The host was also extremely accomodating to a last minute request and the process was easy.

We had a lovely time thank you very much and my parents who came this year were very happy with the accomodation and had a very nice time. I can't really think of any way you could improve what is on offer. As usual we had a lovely time and really don't think you can do much about the weather though.

We had a lovely time away and enjoyed the accommodation it was very clean and tidy easily accessible the rooms were great a blackout blind fitted would of been useful in the bedrooms as it was very light! We all enjoyed the space really family friendly thank you
