The home has been tastefully decorated in designer two-toned paint in desert colors. It has year-round outdoor living with a large covered patio, large pool and Jacuzzi that can be heated in the winter. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances with a separate walk-pantry/utility room. Floors have upgraded ceramic stone tile with light carpets in the bedrooms. Master bedroom has a separate exit to the covered patio with dual master bath, updated tile shower and large walk-in closet. For privacy, two large bedrooms are separated from the master and with a full bath that has an outside exit to the pool area. The great room includes a wood burning fireplace, vaulted ceilings with breakfast and beverage bars. The home is perfect for entertaining and is low maintenance. There are window coverings throughout and includes all utilities as well as Direct TV, broadband Internet, and a security system.
Welcome to our Scottsdale Desert Oasis! We purchased this home in 2010 and shortly after that due to employment changes we found ourselves living in Colorado for the past couple of years. Since then we have been primarily using this property as a vacation home, which we enjoy so very much. Our home is located in a very popular and private neighborhood called Santiago and you will quickly see the very unique design in other homes in the area. Our neighbors have been in the area long term and it is a very quiet and secure area as well. Because our we use our property only for quick vacations, we decided to offer our home out as vacation rental for travelers coming to the Scottsdale area for various events or to enjoy warm winter months. Because we live out of state we have contracted Arnold Hickey with RE/MAX Fine Properties to manage the property for us. You will find him very professional attentive to all your needs.

Our property is centrally located, close to many beautiful golf courses, mayo clinic, Barrett Jackson Auction, minutes to TPC golf course where the popular Phoenix Open Golf Tournament is played each year. Our home is a short drive from the Sky Harbor International Airport or Scottsdale Airport.
A couple of the many things we love about our home are the location, which is very quiet and private area. We are minutes to the highway 52 and 101 for easy access to any area in the east or west valley. More importantly is our very private and quiet backyard, we just enjoy that so much sitting outside for morning coffee, breakfast or relaxing in mid day sun. Our backyard faces south, which is perfect for enjoying the all day warm sun in the winter.
My family was in the Scottsdale area for Spring Training. This house was perfect, more than enough room for all of us and the kids loved the private pool. The house was very clean and provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We were just a short drive away from the ball park and close to anything else we needed. The property manager made it easy to access the home and was available when we had questions. I would love to stay at this property again. Thank you!
This was an OK rental but within expectations for the rate charged.
A few recommendations / precautions: 1) master bedroom HVAC vents seemed to be non existent (definitely set up the fan), 2) guest bath was extremely slippery (this condition should be remedied), unfortunately a member of our party fell and hurt himself 3) the administrative side of the transaction was clumsy (watch out for changing Ts/Cs), 4) at best, unit was broom cleaned prior to arrival.
I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home with my wife and two grown sons. The home was in great shape and the neighborhood was quiet and clean. It's just a short trip to anything you need... shopping, entertainment, dining, golf, etc. The property manager was easily accessible and responsive to any needs or questions we had. I hope to stay here again next year for our annual trip to the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.
