The great room is also open to a spectacular kitchen and dining area. You'll enjoy the view of the fully screened brick paver lanai, heated pool, and spa. Zero corner sliders in the great room and dining room disappear to completely open the living area up to the lanai. This sensational feature allows for the perfect blending of outdoor and indoor living. The beautiful pool is 13x26 and includes a sunshelf that is ideal for sunning and for the little ones. The home offers three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a den with a queen-sized sofa sleeper. About Ken Tharp
We've both been Midwesterners our whole lives, but we've loved the chances we've had to travel. Florida has always been a favorite destination.
Kristen has worked in libraries for many years, and is currently employed in the library of our city's medical school. Ken owns and operates a real estate service business that helps investors minimize tax liabilities.
We discovered when our kids were very little that we really enjoyed Florida. We have traveled to several locations in the state over the years, but we truly love the Gulf Coast. If you haven't been to the Ft. Myers/Sarasota area before, you're in for a treat. And if you have been here in the past, you know what we mean!

Why Ken Tharp chose South Gulf Cove
A few years ago, we set our minds to acquiring a home in Florida that we could not only enjoy ourselves, but allow others to enjoy, too. We've been fortunate enough to make that happen! When we found Port Charlotte and South Gulf Cove, we knew we had found where we wanted to be. The combination of close proximity to beaches, golf, and fishing opportunities with the seclusion of a quiet residential area is unbeatable.
What makes this villa unique
When we come to Florida, our primary goal is to enjoy the sunshine and the beaches. Finding a home with a rear southern exposure was very important to us so we could maximize the impact of the sun on the lanai and pool. Creating a Florida experience within that home was our objective. You'll love what we've put together!
