Would not recommend - negative overall experience

I would avoid this apartment! I contracted to rent this apartment for 6 weeks, and during this time I was not treated with the decency or respect I believe any customer deserves. The landlord does not live in Spain and travels a lot, so responses to e-mails (the landlord does not give out a phone number) even on time sensitive matters regarding the apartment were often very delayed. Even after late responses, I found them to be inconsiderate. Of the various problems, the worst was one night, I returned to the apartment to find that the latch to the door was broken, and I was unable to enter and sleep in the apartment. In spite of this inconvenience and uncomfortable situation (surrounding buildings are abandoned, so it does not always feel safe at night), I was denied any form of compensation. With the high price this apartment demands, considerate treatment should be a given, but that just wasn’t the case. From my experience, you also can’t count on getting the pricy security deposit back no matter how carefully you treat the apartment. Given all the negative factors, I did not have the stress-free holiday in Spain I had been hoping for. I strongly encourage future travelers to look elsewhere for a place to stay, especially because other apartments in the same area are much more reasonably priced!

This couple of girl liked a lot the apartment until they have to leave it and I found out that they have wroken the washing machine and a shelf from the fridge. Not to mention some other little things. It is the first time I have to take the warranty from one of my costumers and I even the fixing of those 2 things was expensier than the money I took from their warranty.
I addittion, I am always reacheable via email and via telephone. My telephone is even written on the web and sent to all the cliens via email before they come to the apartment.
About the door, I believe those are things that can happend and I took care and fixed right the same day, these costumers informed me at 7 am and at 12 was fixed.
These 2 girls thought they were in a hotel and that they have the right to ask me to come there even to wait for their mail or to bring them the toilet paper each day. I have a lot of emails from them telling me how much they like the apartment. All they are saying is a kind of revenge because I could not give them part of the warranty and they have threaten me that if I do not give them the money back they will write very bad things about me.
I strongly encourage future owner not to rend their properties to these 2 girls. They will call you everyday asking you for something to do as if the property is a hotel.
