Comfortably sleeps 8 people

The beautiful two-storey Villa Albatross, with rectangular infinity swimming pool, is located on the right hand side of the aerial photograph. The property is 160m2 with an exclusive swimming pool and a barbeque area surrounded by a lovely landscaped garden. The large infinity pool is 60m2 and is surrounded by sun loungers, parasols and tropical plants. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor that consist of a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. There is also a separate bathroom on the ground floor with all facilities and an extra living room area.

There is another double bedroom and bathroom on the top floor and the villa is designed to comfortably sleep 8 adults. Where necessary a sofa bed and cot can be provided. There is a staircase leading to the top floor that is open plan with patio doors leading to a massive and furnished balcony overlooking the pool and Trapezaki Bay.

In addition to the double bedroom and bathroom, the top floor has a fully fitted kitchen, spacious living room with dining facilities and a utility room. The kitchen is fully fitted with all modern accessories, the dining area will comfortably seat eight people and the living room area has satellite TV, DVD Player, stereo and a selection of reading material. The utility room has a washing machine, iron and board. The furnishings, fittings and fabrics have been selected to compliment the dreamy aura of the location. There is air conditioning throughout to guarantee maximum comfort.

With a large upstairs balcony covered by a sensor driven shade, a seated patio area and cliff ledges in the garden there will be plenty of opportunity to relax and enjoy the mountain and sea views whilst enjoying a glass of your local favourite wine.

Villa Albatross is a holiday haven, literally, a nest offering a bird's eye view to the deep turquoise waters and glorious sunset of the Ionian Sea. The villa is built atop a densely wooded hill towering over Trapezaki Bay on the southern coast of Kefalonia. Built in the traditional Ionian architectural style, the villa blends harmoniously into a majestic landscape with colours, scents and views that provoke the senses.

Each of the three Seanest Villas, Albatross, Seagull and Falcon, are an ideal holiday accommodation in themselves. Self contained, individually private and designed to comfortably sleep 8 people each. Alternatively, the grounds have the flexibility to provide an ideal setting for wedding parties or large groups who can share two or three villas with a combined sleeping capacity extending to 24 people. There are private car parking spaces for each villa.

Villa Albatross (Seanest Villas) is located at the foot of Mount Aenos, one of the ten national Parks in Greece. Surrounded by natural vegetation that consists of olive, pine and cypress trees the villa provides a breathtaking view across the Ionian Sea while relaxing in a peaceful atmosphere. Lourdas Beach and Trapazaki Beach are within a 5 minute drive and offer 2km of sandy beach, exotic palm and banana trees with tavernas and water sports. Kanali Beach is 1km from the villa and has proven popular with the naturist community.

The village of Trapazaki and its neighbouring villages provide many excellent restaurants, two of which were voted the best in Kefalonia by Trip Advisor in 2012. There are many shops, tavernas, car hire companies, historical walks and organised excursions within the vicinity of Villa Albatross. Trapazaki is located on the south coast and provides an excellent base to explore the many beauty spots in Kefalonia. There is also easy access to our capital Argostoli to enable you to spend an evening of entertainment, boutiques and ‘people watching'.
