We loved our stay at Chris' place. Initially, we thought we wanted to rent a house to give us more privacy, but we stumbled upon this unit in an amazing, private and beautiful complex and we couldn't have been happier. This unit is HUGE - 3 large master suites, all with their own bathrooms, beautifully decorated with TVs in each room. Plenty of living space so we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The unit also has a very large living room that opens up to a great outdoor patio and a nice inner courtyard, all with nice patio furniture for lounging. The dining area is also large, with a long table where we were able to seat 10 people for Thanksgiving dinner. If you like to cook, there is a top end range in the kitchen and barbeque on the patio. Pool area is nice and quiet and most of the times, we were the only ones around the pool. Location could not be better - within walking distance to El Paseo, restaurants, shopping (Von's and Whole Foods), movie theaters and shopping. Also, there is a great hiking trail right behind the complex. The whole process of getting into the unit at the beginning of the week was seamless. Can't say enough good things about our visit....we will be back!
Our rental of this property began with connecting with the owner. Chris made the entire rental journey very easy. When you go on a holiday, you want as little outside distraction as possible...Chris made sure everything was completely in order.
The location of this property in the desert is a 10/10. Literally right off El Paseo Drive...without any of the noise...you are ready to be as quiet or as busy as you would like. You are close to everything you will ever need on a desert holiday. There were 6 adults on this particular trip...and this home was More Than Enough for the 6 of us. We had lots of space & privacy yet got to connect as a family as well
We had a very small issue with a door lock...called Chris and he was on this problem immediately. Again, it was not a big issue, but Chris made sure it got looked after.
We thoroughly enjoyed the location, the property, and the way we were looked after.
We will most definitely consider this, or another of Chris's properties in the desert...Thanks Chris
We really enjoyed staying at this comfortable, spacious and stylish condo. It's location couldn't be better! It is in a quiet and beautifully landscaped complex just a few minutes walk from the restaurants and shops of El Paseo. We enjoyed soaking up the sun at the pool, as well as a morning coffee or evening cocktail taking in the stunning mountain views from the patio. The condo is very well stocked with anything you could possibly need and the owner made all of the arrangements for our stay very easy. We would definitely stay here again for our next visit to Palm Desert and would recommend this condo to our friends and family. We liked it so much… we just might buy one of our own!
This was truly what my partner and I were looking for. A quite Oasis in the Desert to getaway and have some down time. You couldn't ask for a better location in Palm Desert. Right off the main street from all the shops and restaurants and you can walk to Starbucks for your morning walk. The living space is huge and very very clean with great furniture and art. Had everything thing we needed and more. The pool is shared by the few other condos in the circle but rarely is used so its like having your own private pool. In the evenings we loved to sit on the patio and watch the sunset over the mountains. The owner was very easy to reach on his cell if we had any questions during our stay. Overall it was just what we needed for our vacation in the Desert. Looking forward to going back again next year.
A super location! The condo was even better than the pictures showed. A nice, quiet get away for three women to shop and sit by the pool. The condo was spacious which allowed for plenty of room for three people - each had not only our own bedrooms but bathrooms as well. Everything was in good running order and the outside is also very well manicured. We did rent a car as we wanted to go into Palm Springs and shop all over but this condo is located centrally in Palm Desert and very easy to get around from the condo. Prior to our visit the owner answered all of our questions and our stay was flawless!! It was a great spot and I would definitely recommend it to others.
Our family just finished a 30 day stay in this midcentury jewel! The home is truly in a perfect location, quiet, breath taking mountain views perfect for climbing, which my son did 3 times! We spend most of our afternoons in the beauitful back yard, swimming in the pool with friends. There are fruit trees plentiful! The interior is true to midcentury design. The whole house opens onto the private interior courtyard with floor to ceiling glass sliding doors capturing the beautiful garden/mountain views. It truly is post card perfect! We enjoyed our stay immensely and we'll for sure be returning next April. Thanks again for a great vacation!
