The Serrano model is no longer being built and is unique because of a large casita, housing a separate bedroom and bathroom with its own entrance. The monthly rental amount for these three months and length of lease can be negotiated, using the initial asking amount of $3650 per month (for Jan, Feb and March) as a starting point.
We have been living here continuously for the past 3 years but decided to spend more time in Los Angeles to be with our children and grandchildren. We are therefore making this wonderful home available for rental for part of the year.
Sun city shadow hills is an age 55+ community with perfect wintertime weather. Available nearby facilities include two clubhouses with swimming pools and fitness centers, along with meeting rooms, library, billiards, tennis courts, bocci, pickleball, one full size 18 hole golf course and one 18 hole executive par 3 course. There are two nearby Costcos, Target stores, Walmart, arena seating movie theaters, a performing art center, and over 80 public and private golf courses.
