Mission District Condo Rental Photos and Description
1000' Sq. Ft W/ 1 Bedroom & 1 Bathroom. Huge Chef's Kitchen, Patio & Office
King mattress master bedroom is located in the center of this beautiful top-story condo on a quiet street 1/2 block from 24th Street - the heart of SF's Mission District. Chef's kitchen includes all-stainless appliances and double-sinks, stocked pantry & tools, ready for cooking up all the best produce & meats the local markets have to offer. Located in the sunniest part of San Francisco (this city varies *widely* in its microclimates) with a great patio for enjoying warm afternoons. Huge 60' television & game consoles, plus Sonos integrated music system in most rooms for music lovers.
There is one bedroom with one king bed, an an optional large air mattress that can be set up on the living room floor.
This unit is appropriate for one adult, two adults sharing the king bed, one or two adults using the king bed with the other on the air mattress. Again please note the unit has one king bed only.
The Mission District throbs with some of the city's and thus nation's best restaurants, shops, and nightlife venues. The district itself has been undergoing quite a bit of gentrification over the last couple years, so you'll see a bit of the old and a bit of the new as you walk from place to place. As always when visiting an unfamiliar urban area, standard 'street smarts' should apply when navigating around (though the neighborhood is truly quite safe as a rule). If you are less experienced with visiting diverse hyper-urban areas, you may prefer more tourist-oriented districts of San Francisco such as The Marina, Fisherman's Wharf, Pacific Heights, etc.
I am traveling while the unit is available so please email any other questions. As reservations are fulfilled by a local friend, key access is available only for registered guests (no previewing at this time).

A true lover of San Francisco, after growing up in Southern California and going to college at UC Berkeley, I moved to 'The City' (as we call it) and have lived here ever since for 13 years. As a chef and occasional caterer, I've built a dream city kitchen to take advantage of the amazing culinary landscape our city affords.
As a frequent recreational traveler, my place is available for your visits generally a few months every year!
Come enjoy the ultra-urban San Francisco afforded by life in the colorful Mission District! Perfect for young and middle-aged singles and adults alike who want to explore the true San Francisco by foot, bus and subway.
I purchased this property because of its supreme location in the heart of my favorite San Francisco neighborhood, as well as its generous sunny position as a top-story condo.
Chef's kitchen, quiet, sunny porch, great floor plan with multiple rooms. The best of modern city amenities while maintaining the original character of a classic San Francisco Edwardian building.
