This 1500 sq. ft. condo sits directly on the Gulf! It is a corner unit with beautiful views in all directions. Walk a few steps to the pristine beaches, or watch the sunsets over the Gulf from the balcony. The bedrooms have a king size bed in the master, the second bedroom has 2 full size beds and the third has 2 twin beds.The kitchen is fully stocked just like at home. There is a 42inch flat screen tv and dvd player in the living room and all 3 of the bedrooms have tv's . There are games for rainy days and pool toys and beach chairs for the sun. Two full baths both with tubs and fresh linens upon your arrival. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the unit. Everything you need is right here.

Enjoy the convenience of a trolley that takes you anywhere you want to go along the 17 miles of white sand beaches, between Clearwater and St. Pete. The infamous John's Pass Village is with in walking distance. Here you will find West Florida's largest selection of seafood restaurants, boat and jet ski rentals,parasailing,fishing charters,dolphin watching trips, a floating casino,renowned art galleries,and more than 100 gift and specialty shops with a nautical theme. For kids of all ages Busch Gardens is a 25 minute drive and Disney and Epcot in Orlando 1.5 hours. This island of Sand Key also has many fun activities. The sunset at Pier 60 in Clearwater is an experience that you should not miss.

Great location. Spacious unit. Good value.

Our family (five siblings) gathered from across the country for a few days on the beach. Loved the condo location and its super easy access to the shore. The complex isn't new but is well maintained. Our condo was clean and in decent shape....and equipment was adequate. One thing that could improve the visit would be to supply a few more basics. One plastic garbage bag, a dollop of dishwasher detergent, an teeny soap bars that didn't last more than a shower were the only basics supplied. We asked owner about this and were told the property manager would stop by but we didn't see anyone. Since we all have rented condos in various parts of the country, we wondered if this wasn't penny-wise and pound-foolish. There are already enough items that renters must purchase or bring for their stay. A few supplies makes for good will and return visits. Other than that, no complaints. Again, a good value for a great location.

Owner's Response: I just wanted to reply by saying that I appreciate any constructive criticism, but I was contacted about the need for some extra soap and supplies on Tuesday evening and the guest were leaving on Thursday morning. I have stayed in the area for the past 12 years and at this condo now 5 times.The transformation has been amazing with the remodel of the kitchen and bathrooms. very beachy decorations. The beds are comfortable and there are always plenty of clean linens and towels. I brought my grandcildren and the unit has a ack and play, stroller and high chair. The older kids loved it.

It is a corner unit so there is always plenty of sunshine and views. It never fails that i see dolphins off of the spacious balcony. very close to johns pass which has so much to offer. owner has been easy to work with. money transfer has been easy and secure. the only con is that i have to go home.

Peaceful Beachfront setting

Clean remodeled 4th floor condo with balcony overlooking the beach. Condo has flat screen tis in all rooms and wi-fi. Close to shopping and dining. The owner is very friendly and accommodating and is quick to respond to any inquiries. The monetary transaction was seamless with no problems. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Clean and comfortable unit -Noisy Neighborhood

Traveling school vacation week with 4 adults and two children ages 10 and 8 this looked like a great location for us to spend a relaxing week on the beach with a few small side trips. We are very familiar with the area in general and we happy to find a 3 bedroom unit to accommodate our group.

Pros: Upon entry the unit was very clean - with the essential furnishings for our needs. Plenty of dishes, glassware and silverware and a new Coffee Pot and Toaster! The view is beautiful from both the Living Area and the bedroom and the beds were comfortable for a weeks stay. Plenty of storage areas for clothing in the bedrooms and private bath for the Master suite was very convenient.

Cons: The unit is tired and needs updating (we know some was starting the day we left with a complete kitchen makeover - this will be very nice!) The living room furniture is worn and torn in a few places but comfortable with enough seating for the six of us. Bathroom tiles are old but clean, and hot water for six people to shower was an issue with water running hot and cold intermittently. The unit above was noisy and the sound of furniture being moved as well as the glass doors was noticeable often.

This is a nice clean unit and would be most likely be great during "off" times but was not a good place for us on Spring Vacation week - thru no fault of the owner there were many very large groups with teens in our building and in the building next to us who were in Party mode and outside almost every nite till after mid-nite - sometimes outside as late at 3:00 am. The unit is across the street from a popular bar and next to a public beach access. The sound carries right up and thru the glass doors and windows, so it was a very noisy area for us. This unit is directly over the pool for the facility next door which was also noisy late at nite. There is no building security - the stairwell and elevator are open to anyone who chooses to use it - we experienced running in the corridor outside the doors on several occasions which is strange being an end unit and on the 4th floor - it may have just been some of the other rude guests but woke the children on several occasions - both the second and third bedroom are on the "street side" with windows that allow in the street noise even when closed.

All in all we had a great week despite the noise levels, but would find a quieter time to visit again.

Gorgeous Beach Condo on Gulf !

This condo really had everything to offer. Spacious, clean, and a breath taking view of the ocean from almost every room. This condo is situated right on the beautiful sandy white beach! We saw many dolphins swimming by just sitting on the balcony. We have stayed in this area many times this condo is in walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Only a short drive to St. Petersburg and Clearwater. I would definitely recommend this condo.
