Casarina is a single building beachfront condo with good security and gated access to Siesta Key's #1 beach. The grounds of this community are beautifully lush, secluded, and well maintained. Limited rental policy insures peaceful atmosphere.

(Please note: the condominium association prohibits pets in rented units; we cannot rent to you if you are planning to travel with a pet. We also are prohibited from rentals less than 30 days.)

This 3 BR/2BA condo unit is ideally located on the 4th floor-- view of the gulf, yet an easy elevator ride up and down.

Apartment is 2000+ square feet and includes large family room and screened balcony with garden and beach view. For those perfect weather days, there is an easy to operate roll-screen front door that encourages full breezes through the house. Dining area with wet bar, a spacious master suite, and a guest wing with two additional bedrooms that share the large 2nd bathroom will add to your enjoyment. The kitchen is well equipped and has a new refrigerator (Nov 2013) with ice and water through the door. You will have access to fast whole house wi-fi and an upgraded cable package. There is a full-size stacked washer and dryer in a separate laundry room. Flooring is a combination of wood and carpet (new carpet in Jan 2013). New A/C installed 2012. Storage is ample throughout the unit.

The living room has comfortable, casual seating and good lighting, with full sliding glass doors to the screened balcony where you have both a garden and partial beach/gulf view. Or relax inside while watching the 51' HD flat screen with cable upgrades that include more sports and golf channels and bluetooth DVD. The adjoining wet bar is stocked with glassware, ice bucket and bar tools, but you need to byob! The dining area seats 6-10.

Master suite has a king bed (memory foam mattress new in January 2014), gulf view, and 5 piece en-suite master bath -- toilet and shower are in a separate wet room, and there is a large soaking tub and double sinks. The walk-in closet is surprisingly large for an apartment, and there is generous drawer space. The master also has a quiet ceiling fan and 42' Samsung flat screen and DVD player.

The U-shaped kitchen is easy to work in and has good counter space. There is an eat-in breakfast room with window. Appliances include new refrigerator (October 2013), dishwasher, disposal, microwave, electric cooktop and oven. Fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, toaster, coffeemaker, coffee grinder, crockpot, and gadgets, pots, pans, serving dishes, etc. Separate plastic dish and drink set for beach and pool use.

The second bedroom has a new queen bed (2012) and walk-in closet; third bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms have digital tv's. These rooms are located in a separate wing for privacy with a shared bathroom across the hall. Additionally, there is an Eddie Bauer air-bed that can be set up if needed (sleeps one adult or two children).

The large 2nd bathroom has tub with glass shower enclosure, double sinks, and private toilet area.

New linens, thick bath and beach towels are provided. Renters will have access to boogie boards, beach umbrella, and pool and sand toys kept in private garage storage shed.

This unit has an assigned underground parking space that comes with a garage door opener. Additional unassigned parking is available outdoors.

Casarina's grounds and the apartment are smoke-free. For smokers' convenience, there is an approved smoking area by the lagoon.

Pets are not allowed.

The minimum rental is one month; longer rentals are welcome.

Our condo is comfortable, pretty, and unfussy. It's on the most extravagantly gorgeous beach you ever experienced, and our gated access and relatively small population means no crowding. The Casarina property is beautiful and well maintained, very secure, and loaded with amenities. People are friendly. Children are welcome, with supervision of course. You will have a wonderful, memorable vacation and want to come back year after year.

Once you drive over the bridge onto Siesta Key, take a deep breath and switch to Island Time. Siesta Key has all the benefits and charm of a friendly, arty, beach resort town with good restaurants, live music, lots of ice cream, and the best beach in the US. You're just a blink away from Sarasota with it's excellent theater, gardens, concerts, restaurants, museums. If you like boating and fishing, that's here for you too. As well as circuses and baseball! It's truly an area that can meet everybody's wishes and dreams. Other regional attractions like Disney and Busch Gardens are close enough for a day trip. Enjoy it all while staying in a beautiful, comfortable condo steps from the Gulf and a truly breathtaking beach.

FANTASTIC VACATION CONDO ON THE BEACH

WE HAD THE BEST VACATION THANKS TO THIS HARD TO FIND LARGE 3 BEDROOM CONDO ON THE BEACH. THE CONDO IS CLEAN, VERY COMFORTABLE, WELL FURNISHED AND EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING YOU COULD POSSIBLY NEED. THERE WERE PLENTY OF SUPPLIES, INCLUDING AT LEAST A DOZEN HUGE THICK BEACH TOWELS AND BATH TOWELS. THE LIVING ROOM HAS A WET BAR WELL STOCKED WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR YOUR BYOB (EVEN PLASTIC WINE GLASSES TO USE FOR THE POOL OR DECK AREA TO WATCH THE SUNSET). THEY ALSO HAVE POOL/BEACH ACCESSORIES AVAILABLE IF WE NEEDED THEM. THE LANAI WAS VERY RELAXING WHILE SITTING WITH MORNING COFFEE OR AN EVENING COCKTAIL, ENJOYING THE VIEW. THE OWNERS WERE VERY ATTENTIVE BEFORE OUR VACATION AND ALSO IMMEDIATELY RESPONDED TO ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD DURING OUR STAY. CASARINA IS GORGEOUS, BY FAR THE BEST COMPLEX ON SIESTA KEY. IT JUST FEELS MORE RELAXING THAN ANY PLACE WE HAVE STAYED. THE LANDSCAPE IS AMAZING. IT WAS VERY WELL MAINTAINED. EVERYTHING LOOKS AND FEELS UPDATED. IT IS SECURE, THE POOL WAS NEVER CROWDED, PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY. THE CLUBHOUSE IS VERY NICE. WE ENJOYED THE BILLIARDS. WE WILL BE BACK. THANKS FOR SHARING YOUR HOME WITH US.

What an amazing beach vacation!

This condo exceeded our expectations and we plan to go back on our next trip to Siesta Key. We were told it needed some updating, and weren't sure what we were getting into. The bathrooms and kitchen could be redone, but what they have is okay, very clean and in good working order. It comfortable, not fussy and good for a stay at the beach. Lots of tvs and cool art. Great towels! The kitchen is full of pots and pans and everything you could need, but we didn't do a lot of cooking. Casarina's beach area is less crowded than on either side, and they have chairs out on the sand for you. The pool gets busy but not over crowded. We liked it here very much and will come back
