The unit is 950 square feet, with an extra large bedroom with two double beds. Fully furnished, including all kitchen utensils and glassware. The living room features a sofa that converts to a full size bed. The unit can sleep up to four people. The building has a pool and a large fitness room. My wife and I just spent the past six weeks basking in the sunny skies of Miami Beach in this wonderful condo unit. The ocean view from the living room and bedroom was breathtaking. Watching the sunrise while sipping on a cup of coffee on the large balcony was a great way to start any day. Do we relax at the beach or use the pool, that was often our biggest decision. The unit was bright, airy, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was dated but functional, the owner said they are planning to make updates in the near future. Any questions we had were promptly addressed by the owner. The WIFI signal within the unit was strong and we enjoyed watching the cable TV including Netflix. A land line is provided as most cell phones will not pick up a signal. Free valet parking is provided but we always tipped the attendant when our car was retrieved. The building was undergoing exterior maintenance while we were there and at times the noise level was a bit high. The laundry room is conveniently located down the hall from the unit and the elevator you take to get close to the beach is just across the hall. Traffic on Collins/A1A is horrific and the drivers have little patients. We relied on bus service which is located just next to the Pavilion to take us many places like South Beach and Downtown Miami. If you are planning on taking a tour, many of the companies will pick you up right at the door. Overall, our experience was very positive and we definitely would consider returning next year.
