About Door County Property Management
We are natives to Door County who are good friends of the former owner of this property, when his cottage was damaged in a fire we joined up together and started construction of the two units on the 3 acre plot, it's taken over a year but we all can't wait to be finished and get back to relaxing!!
Door County Property Management purchased this townhome in 2013
Why Door County Property Management chose Sturgeon Bay
For ten years we've been coming up to Sturgeon Bay for anything from snowmobiling to fishing or just relaxing by the fire on the beach; it's on the end of a road in a private setting with three other homes; there's water in front and back, the bay out front and a beach on the pond in back; swimming or boating all around you.
What makes this townhome unique
Water access 1 mile to Lake Michigan or Sturgeon Bay with a 185' boat dock and a beach in back with fire pits by the large pond that's stocked with fish. You're minutes away from Lake Michigan by boat or car or head North to Sturgeon Bay. Walk or bike to downtown Sturgeon Bay, Lake beaches, light houses or head up the peninsula. Take a trip up along the Door peninsula and enjoy all there is along both the bay and lake, head back home and enjoy the 3 acres of land sitting out front on the patio enjoying the water view while the kids play on the beach, grill or make dinner, enjoy a fire by the pit and then send the kids off to the bonus room to watch movies or play games while the adults can spend some time together. Take a look at the map to see what the Door has to offer.
