Imagine getting away from it all! Escape from the daily grind with a stay in this seaside house.

This spacious property, situated in the small village of Rhos on Sea, 4 miles from Llandudno, provides luxury self catering accommodation with terrace and small private garden, just a 2 minute stroll to the promenade and village centre.

Parking space for 2 cars in tandem.

The accommodation has gas c.h., double glazed hardwood windows and doors and comprises:-

Ground Floor - entrance hall, cloakroom with wash hand basin and WC, large fitted kitchen with gas hob, eye level electric oven and grill, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and fridge. Dining area with French doors leading to south facing patio. Utility room with washer/drier and freezer. G.Floor twin bedroom.

First floor - Master bedroom with king size bed, fitted wardrobes and dressing table and sea views, en-suite shower room with power shower. Guest Bedroom with twin beds sea views and balcony. 2nd Guest Bedroom with single bed. Main bathroom with over bath power shower

Rhos on Sea: Rhos on Sea is a 'village by the sea', remaining unspoilt and still a relatively well kept secret!!

With interesting shops, pavement cafes, pubs and places to eat, the famous Harlequin Puppet Theatre and the historical St Trillo's Church, there's always something to do. There are no less than 25 historic sites to discover on foot via the Rhos on Sea Heritage Trail.

The sweeping promenade fringes a naturally sheltered bay that's perfect for pottering, paddling, kite flying and beach combing. Winter or summer it's a splendid walk (or jog!) and cycle path for people of all ages.

A delightful harbour created by the breakwater is home to many small boats with daily fishing trips during the season and excellent launch facilities for day visitors.

Places to Visit: - Rhos on Sea is an ideal base for visiting the many attractions in the area.

Llandudno, the popular Victorian seaside resort, with it's cable car and tram up to the summit of the Great Orme is only 4 miles away.

Historical towns and castles abound: the picturesque scenery of Snowdonia and Bettws y Coed, the Welsh Mountain Zoo, famous Bodnant Gardens and the pretty Isle of Anglesey, are all within easy travelling distance.

Conwy, 10 mins away by car, with its magnificent 12th century castle and attractive cobbled streets is a place not to be missed.

    Unfortunately we do not accept groups of young single people or pets.

    Weekly bookings are Friday to Friday. Flexible changeover dates out of season - please contact owner.

    Weekly bookings commence at 2.30pm on the day of arrival, and the house should be vacated by 10am.

    £120 deposit required to confirm booking.

    Please note that a £150 damage/excess cleaning deposit is required with final balance payment. This will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure.
  • Short Breaks - Minimum stay 3 nights

    2 Bedrooms - £125 per night

    3 Bedrooms - £150 per night

    4 Bedrooms - £170 per night

    Between late May and late September we can usually only accept full week bookings, however please check with us just in case we have had a last minute cancellation.

Plenty of crockery and utensils, kitchen paper towels, cleaning materials, dishwasher tablets, washing powder etc. Starter pack of - j cloth, scourer and tea towel. The Kitchen/diner has radio/CD player and access via French doors to large private south facing patio with hardwood table and 6 chairs and 2 loungers. The Lounge has a Multiyork 3 piece suite, flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD and CD player. I Pod dock. Plenty of books CDs and DVDs and a selection of games to keep you entertained. Towels and toiletries provided - 1 bath sheet and hand towel per person (excluding babies). We also provide you with an initial supply of toilet rolls, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, dish washer tablets and washing powder, bin bags, liquid hand soap and hand towel.

I recently stayed at St David's House in Rhos-On-Sea over the Easter weekend with my partner, her mum and our son (1). The house was immaculate when we arrived and all the rooms were extremely well furnished just as described in the listing. The house had all the amenities that you would require and given the cost the holiday was extremely good value. Pat was there to welcome us when we arrived and provided us with all the information that we required. The property is located 30 seconds walk from the sea front and about 2 minutes walk from shops and restaurants. Llandudno and Conway are short drives away also. I would definitely recommend St David's House to a friend and would certainly consider staying again.

The house was simply perfect in all respects. Warm,spotlessly clean,well-furnished and lovely views across the bay with everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable.
Hotel quality towels and bed linen added a touch of luxury.
Would highly recommend for people of all ages.
Owner very helpful and friendly but not constantly bothering you(which I have experienced at other rental properties.)

Good value for money Would be my first choice of where to stay next time I am in North Wales.

St.David`s House - more than just a holiday home.

We, myself, hubby, daughter and 2 grandchildren aged 13 & 15 spent a great fortnight at St. David`s House.
The house was a perfect match to its website description and pictures. We received a friendly welcome from Pat, the owner, who was always close at hand to answer queries..
The bath & shower facilities were very good, beds were very comfortable with tons of wardrobe and drawer space. A spacious, comfortable lounge backed up by a further living area at the end of the kitchen gave us plenty of space to use: plus the patio area and well maintained garden providing a further sitting and dining area.
This is a very homely, comfortable and immaculately clean holiday house : indeed we would be happy to live there.
There is no shortage of places to visit from Rhos; some we went to were - the Welsh Mountain Zoo, Electric Mountain (Lanberis), Anglesey Sea Zoo and South Stack for bird-watching, Betws-y-coed and Swallow Falls, LLandudno ,of course,with all its attractions, Harness racing at Tir Prince with fair and market.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to friends etc: indeed I have already done so.
If you want smaller accommodation there there are St. David`s apartments next door for 2/3 people.
I have a feeling we may be back next year.

Superb property and fantastic location!

The house is beautifully decorated and furnished with all mod cons. Towels and bed linen both supplied and beautifully clean. We loved the power showers, the huge kitchen/dining/family room and the south facing patio which was a real sun trap. The house is ideally located for the village (a 2 minute walk away) and a perfect base from which to travel to Conwy, Anglesey, Snowdonia and surrounding areas of interest. We had a superb meal at the local Pub where the service was excellent as was the food. We also had a Chinese take away meal in the village which was first class. The weather was very kind to us and we thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and relaxation that St David's gave us.

We would highly recommend the house and would definitely stay here again, it was exceptionally well equipped, clean, and tastefully decorated. The owners Arnie and Pat were very pleasant and always available if we needed anything. We wanted somewhere to go and switch off from the hustle and bustle of daily life and St David's House definately gave us this.
