This two bedroom condo sleeps 7. The Queen Size bedroom is a quiet oasis for one or two with a queen bed and closet, and full bathroom right beside. The large 'master' bedroom has a sitting area, private balcony, walk thru closet and attached full bathroom. Up to 5 can sleep comfortably in this room on a double daybed, and twin bunk beds and a twin sofa bed. Even with all these beds there is still lots of room to relax and play, your children will enjoy discovering the books and toys available for them (including a Wooden Train set; Tinker Toys; MegaBlocks; and assorted cars and miscellaneous toys).
Once you leave the condo, it is only a short 3-5minute walk to access James Chabot Provincial Park, which boasts a brand new climbing structure and sandy beach.
The condo complex also boasts an outdoor heated pool, and two hot tubs/whirlpools and beach lounge chairs for your relaxation (in the off season the pool is closed and only one outdoor hot tub is available). Clubhouse with fitness room and showers/lockers is also available for your enjoyment.
Features include: 32' Flat-Screen TV, Blu-Ray & DVD Player, Family Movie Collection, Reading Library, Children's Toys, Playpen and Booster Chair for your little ones. The dining table seats 6, with an expandable table. There are two balconies complete with patio furniture and a BBQ.
Fully stocked kitchen has all the required appliances, as well as a bullet blending system to make smoothies and other drinks, automatic coffee maker, electric kettle, stoneware dishes, pots, pans. All you need to bring is your own food!
At the beginning of the season we will stock the kitchen with all the necessary pantry items, including but not limited to tinfoil, plastic wrap, oil, salt, sugar, seasonings and condiments. These will not be refilled after each guest, but typically do not run out over the course of the summer.
From the condo you can either walk or drive into downtown Invermere to enjoy more shopping, restaurants, cinema, Farmers Market on Saturday, the Kinsmen Beach (has playground, floating docks, slides and concession)
Remember, this newly furnished mountain view unit is just as close to the beach and all amenities as the lake view units, but with less out of your pocket!
We are a family of Five from Calgary, AB, Canada and are the original owners of this Condo. We have been renting it out as a vacation home since 2013. Our favorite things to do in Invermere include the Farmers Market, the Kinsmen Beach, and trying all the delicious restaurants in the area! Our goal is to discover all the great places to hike nearby.

Lake Windermere Pointe is situated just off a protected wet-lands area, with James Chabot Provincial Park and Beach just a short 3 minute walk away. There is a plethora of restaurants across the street, including the Lakeview Pub, A&W, Subway, Fabuki Sushi, Pizzaria, Huckleberry's Family Restaurant (great for breakfast), and Dairy Queen. It is a short walk or drive uphill into town to access one of the best Farmer's Markets in the area (Saturday's during the summer), Grocery Stores, Bakeries, more Restaurants, Cinema, and shops.
Many Golf Courses are within a 5-10 minute drive, as well as two ski hills within 20mins and two Hot Springs within 20 minutes (as well as many natural Hot Springs in area).
