Lovely 2 bed apartment all modern conveniences combined with Scandinavian style

The high ceiling with a loft for the second bedroom gives this apartment an unique, roomy feel. Light, modern furniture adapted to the architects idea of the open 'New York loft'. There is contact with the pine trees growing around the building through windows.

The open and well equipped kitchen also has a three meter long bar disc, perfect for parties or the quick breakfast.

The master bedroom is behind the kitchen and has its bath with shower a few steps down. The second bedroom is on the open loft with a double bed and its own bathroom with shower.

The varnished pine wood ceiling is well insulated as is the whole building. The wood burning fireplace can easily heat the whole apartment. And there are double heater air conditioning units.

There is a SW facing terrace with full privacy and on the street side there is a nice terrace and a private parking space.

Around Altea there is plenty to do and see. The famous Guadalest fortress and church with its historic building is a 20 minute drive. See photo of Guadalest. Other drives will take you on winding roads across the mountains. or along the coast up to Calpe, Moraira and Denia. Denia also has a quick ferry across to Ibiza - you can make it back and forth the same day!

Benidorm is only 15 minutes away with exciting night life, famous theme parks and large shopping malls and a new 18 hole golf course.

Galatea located within easy reach of the charming old town of Altea where there is a wide selection of restaurants, pavement cafés and a colourful Tuesday market. A short drive in the opposite direction is the long sandy bay and coastal resort of Calpe.'

And a local train will take you to Alicante. or why not drive up To Valencia.

short 2 km drive through almond orchards will take you to the village of Altea la Vella with all services, first class restaurants- and an excellent golf course.

    Includes: Fully equipped accommodation, bed linen and towels, electricity and the maintenance and cleaning of pools and gardens.
    Does not include: Final cleaning, extra beds, cots, baby chairs, extra cleaning services, or cancellation insurance, which is optional but strongly recommended.
    2. Payments
    To be made via bank transfer.
    1st payment 50% on confirmation of the booking
    2nd payment 50% 8 weeks (60 days) before arrival
    In case of making a booking 8 weeks (60 days) before arrival, payments shall be 100% on confirmation of the booking.
  • 6. Guarantee deposit On receiving the keys, clients will leave a deposit of 500 Euros. This amount will be used as a guarantee of the proper use of the accommodation, the conservation of the furniture, items and leaving conditions and will never be debited except in cases of non-compliance with our terms and conditions. 7. Final cleaning, 100 Euros for final cleaning is mandatory and will be paid for in cash at the time the keys are handed over.

Loved the stay in apartments Galatea! Very comfortable accommodation for families. Stunning air, saturated with fragrance of pine trees. Communal swimming pool clean, comfortable, has a swimming pool for the kids. Very convenient location of apartments, close to the highway exit, that allows easy access to nearby towns and to Alicante airport, to Valencia. The beach is mainly went to Calpe, there is a good sand and shallow entrance to the sea, making it easy for the kids.Will definitely be back there again!
Special thanks to Sandra and Pam, who were always in touch, ready to help and are generally very emotional people!

A lovely, modern, sparkling clean apartment with great views. Luxury towels and linen . Fabulous bedroom. Everything you could want. Really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be coming back. Lots of great places to visit but to be honest we just loved Altea! And of course having the golf course on the doorstep was fabulous! We visited Valencia and Alicante and I would recommend you try to see both during your stay. Val from Hollywood

We appreciated our stay to Altéa. The apartment of Galatéa is situated in a residential, quiet area. The accommodation is pleasant, equipped well.
We also appreciated the welcome of Sandra and Pam.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers
Owner's Response: The loft apartment is great for couples seeking a quiet holiday and will also make a cosy winter retreat. This was the first time we have rented the loft and it was great to have such nice family stay.
