We are a family of 5. We have 3 children and have lived in this house for 7 years. We have a house at Okanagan Lake in British Colombia where we spend the summers. Our family enjoys skiing, hockey, soccer, disc golf, golf, mountain biking, camping, boating etc. We love to travel and have fun together as a family.
I'll never forget when I bought this place... I walked through the front door, straight to the deck and took in the million dollar view. I literally looked at my Realtor and said I'm buying it, put in an offer. That is how much I love it (but I'm a view kind of guy).

Our house is situated on a ravine with 180 panoramic views of both downtown and the mountains. There are very few places in Calgary with this incredible view.
You will see bunny rabbits in the ravine, and you may see the odd coyote. The ravine is a perfect place to mountain bike, walk to 'Dragon Mountain' and see a breathtaking view or let your dog run free since it is an off leash area.
Crowfoot center is only 1 mile away (within walking distance and a short bike ride) where you get all your amenities including movie theater, Star Bucks, pubs, restaurants, YMCA, Chapters, Library and much more.
The University of Calgary is only a 7 minute drive and the Children's Hospital is only a 10 min drive.
Downtown is about a 15 min drive.
